A message from Fr. Fitz relative to a few items of

interest:

Special congratulations to Joelle Lachance, who is our cantor at each Sunday’s 5 PM Mass! Joelle has recently been awarded a contract with the Glimmer-glass Summer Music Festival. The Festival, which occurs in Cooperstown, New York each summer, is celebrating its 40th anniversary with performances of various operas, including Verdi’s Macbeth, Mo-zart’s The Magic Flute, and Vivaldi’s Cato in Utica. Joelle will perform in this summer’s performance of Macbeth alongside world-renowned opera profes-sionals. Congratulations, Joelle! Before heading to Cooperstown for the summer, Joelle will be giving a local recital at which she will be singing works by Handel, Purcell, and Mozart. Her recital is on April

26 at 3 PM at the First Church of Cambridge (11 Garden Street, Cambridge, MA). Parishioners are en-couraged to attend the recital! __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
