AWARDS PRESENTATION

There will be an awards ceremony

on Saturday afternoon. Something a

little different. Club-specific trophies

will be awarded tongue in cheek.

Furthest Travelled: Please register at

the Club Stand for (1) Furthest

Travelled and (2) biggest club

turnout. We're not big on rules but we would ask

you to be considerate to the following:-

Please wear your wristbands at all times.

Please ensure all children are supervised.

Your co-operation is requested in keeping the

noise levels down at night, and litter in the bags

provided.

Helmets on when riding scooters please

No campfires, fireworks, pets.

In the event of a fire the meeting point will be

Main Site Entrance.

If you require First Aid please contact the Club

Stand.

NOTE

There won’t be a raffle as we think it

gets in the way, but we are collecting

funds for the Hastings Childrens

Charity. Please donate a few bob

into the buckets. Also there is a cake

stall operating with all proceeds to

the charity.

to Beachy Head.

Sunday is the Ride of

Remembrance. For anyone riding

up, departure will be 0730 from the

Car park outside Reception.
