Step1: Place the dowels in a cross with the horizontal dowel a quarter down the length of the vertical down on a piece of cloth tape. Step2: Secure the tape around the horizontal dowel. Place a piece of cloth tape on the intersection and secure it around the vertical dowel. Step6: Tie the string to the kite and enjoy! Step5: Using thin strips of the kite fabric or similar, make a tail 7 times the length of the kite and tie the tail to the bottom part of the kite. Step4: Turn the kite around and using a sharp instrument make a small hole on each side of the horizontal dowel halfway from ends. Thread a piece of string through the hole and tie to the dowel.
