At RSD we are constantly building bikes and with those builds comes a constant flow of new products. It’s how we do things on a daily basis. Every bike that comes in the door leaves with something brand new on it, some kind of crazy prototype or new twist on an old design. Some parts never make it to production, some never see the light of day, but the best of the best..those are the ones that make it into the catalog. Those are the pieces that get tested, engineered and perfected. Those are the select few pieces that get ridden hard, rained on and put away wet, overheated and cooled and generally thrashed until they earn the right to wear the RSD badge. It’s our job to put our products through hell so when they get to our customers they have already taken enough of a beating to live through just about anything you are brave enough to do.

We use only the best certified and documented materials for our products. Each and every product we design goes through extensive testing to ensure the strength and longevity of the product will be in place for many years to come. Many products have specific testing machines built for longevity testing to ensure long term product quality.

Performance Machine manufactures the majority of RSD products in their state-of-the-art facility in Southern California. PM has the reputation of producing the highest quality products on the market today – which makes RSD no different. Each RSD product is designed and engineered to exacting standards and thoroughly tested at the PM in-house facility – the only in-house testing facility like it in the U.S.A., testing to strict world-wide standards such as JASO and TUV.

This giant machine simulates a load on a tire/wheel assembly while taking miles and miles of road with the occasional beating. The wheel is forced to endure countless rotations with one flaw sending the design back to the drawing board.

Our wheels begin as aerospace quality aluminum forgings that place the highest material strength in the same direction as the operating load, creating a light and strong wheel. From there we create the array of styles you see on our bikes throughout this catalog using CAD design software. Each wheel design and size must pass all of our testing standards. Specific wheel designs are TUV certified through Performance Machine, LLC. Call Performance Machine at 1-800-479-4037 for part numbers and pricing.

This test simulates starting and stopping, as well as the occasional burn out. Load sensitive rams cycle back and forth replicating real world style torture in an attempt to rip the hub out of the rim.

All RSD wheels, discs and pulleys are available in Black Ops, Contrast Cut, Chrome and polish. Contact Performance Machine

This massive testing unit simulates the pot holes and road hazards that a wheel is subjected to in the real world. We wrap each and every wheel size and design with a tire and replicate a hard edged hit; the wheel must retain air pressure for a specific time in order to pass.

We’ve replicated the incredible stress a wheel is subjected to during cornering. You can trust your RSD wheels will withstand those canyon roads and track days because they’ve come out of our simulated side load test unscathed.

The Judge is the original Contrast Cut wheel, the one that started it all. The great thing about the judge is it still looks as good today as it did when it was first introduced and continues to be one of Roland’s personal favorites. It has just enough hot rod and race inspiration to make it look good on anything.

As far as aggression and purpose, this wheel gets the job done as effectively as possible. It’s simple yet directed design splits 9 into 18 spokes and is visually and architecturally

built with structure in mind. This wheel will look at home on a race inspired bike as well

as a cross country road bomber.

What started life as a simple Victory Custom has now been transformed into a 230 plus HP, turbo charged, fire breathing beast capable of well over 200mph. For us, rotor design is more than just mimicking the look of our wheels; it is both science and art. Its taking all that we have learned through the years and improving upon

it. We design each rotor from the ground up and analyze every detail’s function along the way. Our two-piece design allows the rotor to expand and contract when

heated from the friction caused by the brake pad. The aerated portholes on the stainless steel outer band vent

heat and dust away from the disc.

If you purchased your RSD aircleaner prior to 2010 and notice any oil dripping from the bottom filter element, this FREE kit cleans up the pesky problem. We have found that some engines

make excessive crankcase pressure causing them to spew a bit more oil than others up through the breathers. This retrofit kit consists of slotted-head breather bolts and injection molded rubber tubes that fit securely into the backing plate of your existing air cleaner. These parts

help route any oil coming out of your breathers right back into your engine without spilling a drop.

If you have purchased a RSD Venturi Air Cleaner in the past, but have fallen for one of our new styles, you can now update your air cleaner to complement your RSD wheels, by just replacing the faceplate.

TONY HAWK CAFE SPORTSTER We like skateboarding and we also like to help people, so when Tony Hawk and his foundation approached us about collaborating, we were more than stoked to make it happen. We auctioned this customized Tony Hawk Café Sportster to raise money for SHRED Stand Up for Skate Parks. The bike features our new Café Sportster line of products and a bitchin’ skate deck seat pan and bushing seat kit. Our newest finish, Black Ops tied in nicely to the signature Hawk graphic. This is about as theme-bike as we get.

We finally got the opportunity to sink our teeth into HD’s best handling big bore Vtwin, the Dyna. The goal was to maintain the stock sheet metal and stance while improving the handling and acceleration using all the RSD parts we have available for the Dyna. A little extra fab and some paint and the Dyna Fighter is born. This project got us going on a slew of new ideas. What do you do when the boys in Milwaukee produce a great handling HD. At RSD we tear it apart and start over. We started by chopping the entire back half of the bike off along with an extra 60 or so pounds. First was the addition of a complete Ohlins rear shock and linkage from a Ducati 1098, hand built one off single sided swing-arm, sub-frame, tail-section and lighting. Next came the Ohlins fork, PM radial mount brakes, clip ons, custom number plate and gauge mount along with a one off Vance and Hines Exhaust. We finished her off with a custom belly pan and foot controls with RSD crash sliders and Black Ops Turbo Wheels. Our boy Justyn with Eagle Riders in San Diego is most likely molesting this machine as we speak.

CLEANING:Clean your wheels often, this will remove contaminates that eat your chrome and will extend the life of the chrome many years. Never use chemical cleaners, instead use mild soap and water and a soft cloth to clean the wheels.

WAXING:High speed and long distances on dirty roads can have the same effect as sandblasting your wheels and a good coat of wax is their only protection. We recommend Carnuba type wax applied often with a soft cloth after each ride.

Contrast Cut wheels:

Clean and Care of Black Anodized Finish:Wash with mild soap and water, no detergents or harsh chemical cleaners that can destroy the black anodized finish. You may use a non-abrasive wax on the black anodized portion of the product to protect it. Never use a harsh or abrasive wax as it will remove the black anodized finish.

CLEAN AND CARE OF MILLED AREA ON STANDARD CONTRAST CUT PRODUCTS:

Wash with mild soap and water, no detergents or harsh chemical cleaners. To remove stains on the milled area you may use the following methods depending upon the condition of the wheel.

A mild MAG polish will remove mild stains from the milled area, but will make the milled area shiny as it contains some abrasives. CAUTION: Take extreme care not to use this on the black ano surface of any product as it will remove the black finish.

Scotch bright can be used to remove more severe stains on the milled area. CAUTION: Measures should be taken up to and including masking to ensure that the black ano surface of any product is not damaged.

black-ops finish:

Wash with mild soap and water. No detergents

or harsh chemical cleaners should be used, as they can destroy the anodized finish. Wax and/or cleaners containing wax are not recommended as they may leave an uneven finish on the matte black surface. Detail spray or WD40 also work well for “dry cleaning” or wipe-down. Due to semi-rough surface of the Black Ops finish, we recommend using a micro-fiber or other lint free type of cloth so as not leave behind any remnants of the cloth.

Chrome accessories:

of Carnuba wax, apply often with a soft cloth.

black anodized accessories:

Wash with mild soap and water, no detergents

or harsh chemical cleaners that can destroy

the black anodized finish. You may use a

non-abrasive wax with UV protectant on the

black anodized portion of the product to

protect it. Never use a harsh or abrasive wax

as it will remove the black anodized finish.

Avoid exposure to UV rays whenever possible.

warranTy CoVeraGeIf your Performance Machine, Inc. product is defective in material or workmanship and you return it to us within one year from the date of purchase, we will replace it or, at our option, repair it at no charge to you. If we repair the defective part, we may use reconditioned replacement parts or materials. If we replace it, we may replace it with a reconditioned one of the same design.

Chrome warranTyTwo Year Unconditional WarrantyThe chrome finish on your Performance Machine product is of the highest quality, but to ensure its longevity it must be maintained properly. Salt, sand, and humidity are bad for chrome. If you ride the motorcycle in these conditions and do not clean and dry the chrome parts, the life of the chrome will be shortened. Do not use any abrasive cleaners or waxes. Performance Machine reserves the right to determine if the product has been maintained properly and has not been abused. If your Performance Machine, Inc. chrome product has been maintained properly and has not been abused, you may return it to Performance Machine within two years of the invoice date and if upon inspection it is found to be defective, we will replace it, or at our option repair it.

If your Performance Machine, Inc. black anodize product has been maintained properly and has not been abused, you may return in to Performance Machine within two years of the invoice date and if upon inspection it is found to be defective, we will replace it, or at our option repair it.

warranTy eXCLusionsThis warranty does not cover any damage to the product caused by accident, misuse, failure to follow installation and operation instructions, misapplication, alteration or attempted unauthorized repair service by anyone other than us. This warranty does not cover wheels used on the street or highway that are designated in our catalog for racing purposes only. In addition, due to the unusual stresses placed on all parts used on the race track, Performance Machine, Inc. will warranty at their discretion any parts used for racing purposes.

LimiTaTions of warranTyRepair or replacement of the product by us is your sole and exclusive remedy. Implied warranties, including those of fitness for a particular purpose and merchantability, are limited in duration to the one (1) year term of this express warranty. We will not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages. There are no express warranties which extend beyond those set forth in this document.

sTaTe Law riGhTsSome states do not allow the exclusion or the limitation of incidental or consequential damages or a limitation of the duration of implied warranties so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you. This warranty gives you specific legal rights and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.

TermsDeposit required on all retail orders. Deposit must be money order or certified check; personal checks will be held for 2 weeks to clear. Orders must be paid in full before shipment. There will be no dealer discounts except to legitimate motorcycle businesses.

CreDiT CarD PurChasesPerformance Machine accepts MasterCard and VISA as a deposit or for payment in full on orders in the United States. Credit card orders can only be shipped to the verifiable billing name and address of the card. Balance of order must be paid in full before shipment. We do not accept Credit Card payments for any orders shipped out of the United States (except Canada and Puerto Rico).

shiPPinGAll orders within the continental U.S. will be shipped Ground unless otherwise specified. All orders shipped FOB PERFORMANCE MACHINE, INC.

foreiGn anD aPo shiPmenTsPerformance Machine recommends that you contact a local dealer for parts; Contact Performance Machine for a list of dealers in your country. All foreign shipments must be paid in full including freight. Performance Machine does not accept Credit Cards for payment of foreign orders. Contact Performance Machine for acceptable method of payment. PM will not be responsible for customs duties or charges when importing parts into other countries. All APO shipments must be paid in full including shipping via U.S. Mail. For APO shipments only - write or call Performance Machine, Inc. for estimate of shipping costs.

reTurnsNo returns will be accepted without prior authorization by calling or writing Performance Machine, Inc. to request an RMA number. Parts will only be considered for return if the request is made within 30 days from the date of invoice. A handling fee will be charged to restock parts unless otherwise specified. Performance Machine, Inc. reserves the right to refuse to issue an RMA at our discretion.

PLEASE NOTE: ALL PARTS RETURNED MUST BE PACKAGED CORRECTLY; THE CUSTOMER WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR MERCHANDISE DAMAGED IN SHIPPING DUE TO INADEQUATE PACKAGING. PERFORMANCE MACHINE WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR RETURN FREIGHT ON OVERSEAS ORDERS.
