    There were used 3 gen set in this hotel for the alternative energy.All of generators were not connecting by auto synchronizing system.These were operated by depended on power requirement.If it needed low power demand, It would be operated smallest 25KVA gen set.It was used at Receptions, Control room main entrance lightings, public area lighting, passagelighting, water pumps, compressors, water treatment system, common area lighting.etc.If it needed more demand, it would be operated by 150KVA gen set when Deluxe rooms and allelectrical power appliances.Biggest Gen Set 275KVA was used for peak season of power requirement.There were two type of rooms. These were Deluxe rooms and Executive rooms.Deluxe rooms were 48 units.Executive rooms were 12 units.

    Air conditioning System

    Ceiling conceal corner flow type Split Air Con: unit are used at Deluxe rooms and Executive rooms.Natural air flow are used at Reception building.( It was not used any air con: system)Single split air con: system are used at dining room, beauty saloon, Gymnasium room.

    Water Supply System

    Underground water was extracted by tube well. There were two kind of tube wells.There were air compressor and submersible pump by electric power.Under ground raw water were stored at 7,000 gallons capacity of under ground water tank.

    2000 GPH water treatment system was used for utility water.Treated water were sent to 4000 gallon capacity and 12meter height of over head water tank

    by the using of 2HP transfer pumps included with level sensors and auto fill system.

    Treated water Delivery system

    It was used by gravity flow water delivery system. It is mean, no need to use electric energy.

    Minimum water pressure was at least 1bar that could be used any water tap of buildings.Gardening water was used by raw water.

    Sewage and waste water deposition system

    Deluxe room 48 unit were used by one conventional septic tank.

    Executive room 12 unit were used by one conventional septic tank.

    These septic tanks were cleaned six month per one time.

    Kitchen waste water were used by grease trap.

    All of waste water from buildings were sent to site drainage channel.

    Waste of foods were added by acid that substance such as manure or a mixture of nitrates used to

    make soil more fertile landscaping plants.
