RCT Kitchen Quality GuideHow do you know the di"erence between similar quality levels, such as

Semi-Custom and Custom? MSB knows that identifying the quality level of

a kitchen can be di#cult, so we have created a Guide to help RCT users

better understand the di"erences between the 7 di"erent quality levels of

kitchens: Basic, Builders Grade, Semi-Custom, Custom, Designer, Luxury

and Commercial.

MSB’s Kitchen Quality Guide allows the user to estimate a kitchen’s quality

level by using three characteristics: Cabinetry, Countertops and Features.

Check the box that best describes each of the three characteristics:

Cabinetry - Designer Quality

Countertop - Granite,

Custom Edge

Features - Chef Appliances,

Prep Area, Special Lighting...

(count of 9 total features from list)
