RC Technical has fabricated simple and complex ASME code pressure vessels, B31.3 piping systems, pipe and fittings for over 30 years. From its humble beginning in 1984 RC Technical has become a trusted solutions provider of engineered and manufactured equipment. Our welding capabilities consist of over (250) ASME certified GTAW, GMAW, FCAW, Pulsed GMAW and SAW procedures. These procedures allow us to manufacture various materials. The materials capabilities include complex Exotic Alloys, Stainless Steel, Aluminum, Duplex , Super Duplex, Clad and Carbon Steel materials.



Engineered and Manufactured Solutions

Our main bay is over 45,000 sq. ft with (2) 25 ton cranes. The cranes have a hook height of 32 ft. with plenty of clearance to fabricate vessels up to 20 ft in diameter.

Our nozzle bay and parts assembly is over 5,000 sq. ft with a 5 ton crane.

Our machine shop is 10,000 sq. ft with one 25 ton crane and a 3 ton free standing jib crane.

Our facility is located on 7 acres in Stafford, Texas

RC Technical is authorized to manufacture ASME Division I vessels and B31.1 Power Piping.
