proRM Project Gantt is the proRM application that significantly improves your management processes by expressive visualization. Categorizing Projects in Single PhasesJust as with MS Project, proRM Project Gantt allows

categorizing projects into individual project phases, as well as defining milestones for project delivery dates and other important targets. In proRM Project Gantt, these are further highlighted using color codes and icons. They enable you to immediately identify all upcoming deadlines.

Project Connections and DependenciesThrough the establishment of processes and process-types,

you can further define the dependencies and connections between different projects. It is possible to create the types of processes - designating them as various ones set up in project management: SS (Start to Start), FS (Finish to Start), FF (Finish to Finish) or SF (Start to Finish). By additionally marking processes as O (Ordinary) or F (Fixed), any delay to sub-projects will have a corresponding effect on all linked projects and project phases. The processes can be refined further by establishing a buffer (+/-).

The Critical Path With the help of the ‘project buffers’, you can individually

define the point from which the overlapping of projects should be viewed as ‘critical’. This reduces the likelihood of an incorrect planning of resource employment, helping you to quickly identify any overlaps caused by insufficient buffers and ultimately maintain an optimum client service.

Import and Export to Microsoft ProjectproRM Project Gantt makes it possible to easily import files

from MS Project. With only one click, you can import created project structures from MS Project to proRM Project Gantt. Of course, this function works in both directions, allowing you to export project structures created in Project Gantt to MS Project. In addition, within the proRM Project Gantt App you can save completed project structures with project phases, sub-projects, and milestones, as well as edited and re-used templates. These possibilities make your work quicker and more efficient. As with MS Project, proRM Project Gantt permits you to establish links between projects and project phases.
