Our parish away day will take place at GreatWalstead School which is set in 250 acres of Sussexcountryside close to Lindfield, near Haywards Heath.

The facilities include tennis courts, a heated swim-ming pool, an adventure play area, lots of space forgames, extensive woodland and fields for exploringand a chapel for our Sunday meetings.

It’s a whole day away. Come when you can, stayas long as you like and leave when you wish.

Arrive from 9.45 with refreshments before for aSunday morning All Age Service at 10.30. Or comefrom 11.30 for pre-lunch activities and free time.Lunch will be an organised ‘Bring and Share’ withsavoury and sweet courses. Tea and cakes will beserved in the afternoon. At the end of the day therewill be a closing meeting for those who wish to stay.

Activities will be available throughout the day.Options include: quiz, walks, croquet, boules, cricket,tennis, table-tennis, swimming, or bring your owngames, newspapers or book to read!

Everyone enjoys a treat: a chance to relax, and tosee each other in different circumstances. We’ll eatand rest and talk and worship and be active together.Don’t miss out on a cracking day!
