Everything is on point!

Id like to commend the efforts of all PACERS for your willingness to be a part of this process.

Raise your hand if you dont know what the Speakers Bureau is?

The ERP / easyPay Speakers Bureau is; the Change Management Teams engagement of your agencies on an individual basis where we come in to provide an introduction to the new system. If you want us to visit to speak with your staff please have your Division Director make a request by emailing speakers bureau to [email protected].

662 represents a little over 10% of Broward County employees; who have thus far been personally engaged by the Change Management Team.Organizational FAQs are captured by team5 most common FAQs include: How does the 7 minute rule work? How and when will everyone be trained on the system? What do we need to do as individual agencies to prepare? What does the system look like? When will the system go-live for my agency?

Sneak Peeks for Directors, Managers & Supervisors* Enrollment as of 10/21/2013Change Management Update continuedPhyllis A. King, CM & Training Consultant

Who here has not heard of the Sneak Peeks for Directors, Managers and Supervisors?

Sneak Peeks is the beginning process of equipping Directors, Managers and Supervisors with necessary information to begin preparing you agencies for the new system: A demo of the system, and discussion topics such as what to expect and how the system will impact roles and responsibilities in their agencies

Seats are Filling up fast; there are nearly 1,000 people who will have the Supervisor role in the system; more than half 553 have registered thus far limited seats left at select locations so ask your Managers and Supervisors to login to Pathlore and register One last thing, Ive heard recently that there is a concern that Payroll Liaisons arent invited to these meetings. This is because weve already demoed the system for you and many of you have been a part of the Unit Testing. But, because weve heard this concern; we are planning on providing you with a similar presentation at our next PACERS meeting.

Now, Ill turn it over to ALISON
