INSTALLATION

1) Connect the machine to e lec t r i c cur ren t 220 V / 50 Hz.2) Connect the machine to compressed a i r (pressure 6-7 bars) .

ADJUSTMENTS IN THE ELECTRIC PANEL TO START THE WORK1. Turn the general switch POWER to posi t ion 12. Adjust the thermostat of lower pla te a t minimum 120 C

and maximum 200 according to type of thermoplas t ictoe-puffs you use.3. Adjust the t imer a t about 10 seconds.4. Let the machine be heated fo r 15-20 minutes .WATER TANK FILLINGTurn to the r i gh t o r l e f t the revolving l id of the tank un t i lthe 4 holes are seen (water entry) .F i l l the tank withd i s t i l l ed water . Then tu rn again the l id to c lose the tank.Onthe tank there are ind ica t ions regarding the waterl evel . (Green fu l / R e d : empty) .There i s no r i sk i f themachine works without no water.On the contrary overf i l l ing ofthe tank has to be avoided.AIR EXTRACTION FROM THE WATER CIRCUITThis i s achieved t rough the a i r ext rac tor which i s s i tua tedin the f ron t down r i gh t par t of the machine.ATTENTION If from the a i r ext rac tor do not go out some dropsof water it means tha t the water pump wi l l not work andconseqquently steam w i l l not be produced.The a i r ext rac t ionhas to be repeated only when the tank of the water getscompleted empty. .

STEAM TESTFollowing a pre-heat ing period of 15-20 min. push severalt imes the push buttom STEAM TEST .By these opera t ions thepump s t a r t s gradua l ly br inging up water.When the f i r s t waterquant i ty reaches the steam boi ler , s team i s automat ica l lyproduced. Through the white tube of t e f lon the steam i st ranspor ted to the hea t ing head where it w i l l be headedagain . Then, completely dry, the steam i s s ~ r a y e d from the headby the white cushion. .STEAM QUANTITY ADJUSTMENTThis i s made by adjus t ing properly th e water pump which i s s i tua ted in the f ron t down par t of the machine. Turning it to the l e f t the water quan t i ty increases ; turn ing it to the r i gh t the water quan t i ty decreases; in case of an i l ine uppers there i s no need of s team,so c lose complete ly the pump.

OPERATIONBy press ing the l e f t push button START , the head ge ts down, sprays superheated steam and sof tens the upper while a t thesame t ime th e down heat ing p la te ac t iva tes the toe-puff .Ther i gh t push but ton i s the STOP fo r emmergencY.Please note t ha tby put t ing a su i tab le micro-switch in th e Last Machine theFMP 333 can rece ive s t a r t i ng s ignal from there and not fromthe l r f t push button START. In such a case the cable of themicro-switch wi l l be connected to the FMP 333 through theconnector which i s being hidden in the channel of cablesins ide the machine.For the passing of cable there i s a f reerubber pass in the back par t of the machine.UPPER MOCASSIN TYPE In a l l t h i s cases reduce the pressureUPPERS OF DELICATE COLOUR of the machine to 3 bars .At t ha tUPPERS GLUED WITH NEOPRENE pressure i n t e rna l brakes g e t in act ionUPPERS OF VARIOUS COLOURS and the head j u s t reaches the upperwithout press ing i t .

MAINTENANCE 1) IMPORTANT

Before any maintenance act ion disconnect the machinefrom the e lec t r i c current and a i r .2) Everyday empty the water of the a i r f i l t e r by pressingthe valve on the lower par t .3) Keep always f i l l ed with o i l the a i r l ub r i ca to r .

We note t ha t with 8 hours of work per day the o i l ofthe l ub r i ca to r has to be consumpted within 20 - 25 daysapproximately.I f t h i s l a t t e r does not happen.adjust theflow of the o i l through the adjus tor on i t s upperpar t .Sui tab le o i l to use i s SHELL - Telus 37 . l f t h i s i snot obta inable you can use normal o i l SAE 10 -20 .

4) Once per week lubr ica te a l l moving par t s of themachine.5) Once per month you have to clean the steam bo i l e rremoving f i r s t the covers No 333166 (see page 6)6) Replace the white cushion of the head when same i s wornand d i r ty .
