400 EE MANAGEMENT CLIENT CHICAGO, IL

Broker and client were looking for a carrier replacement due to billing issues and high rates.

SOLUTION

Our counselors ran group meetings, followed by individual sessions, providing the employees with customized enrollment forms that highlighted their newly reduced rates.

RESULTS

Employee particpation reached 66% and $223,432 in voluntary sales. Client reduced their enrollment responsibilities, administrative burden and improved employees’ knowledge of benefits offered.
