“MIXYFLAIR STYLE” business for Trade & Catering with headquarters in Zagreb, Croatia, dates from year 1997 when it was founded as the catering service business “KIŠ” by Vjenceslav Madić Kishoni. Five years after, in 2002 it offers the service of education seminars for bartenders and managers (Bar Managers) in several categories (BASIC TRAINING, ADVANCED LEVEL OF TRAINING, PROFESSIONAL LEVEL OF TRAINING, BARTENDER MIXOLOGYST, FLAIR BARTENDER, MIXYFLAIR BARTENDER).

Other services include the organization of cocktail catering, consultations for firms and companies in the HORECA chain and cocktail performance (Flair & Fair Show).

In more than 13 years of experince we worked for many famuos companies in Croatia and abroad, as well as for almost all brands of spirits in our market.

In fact, since 2002 it is known under the title MIXYFLAIR STYLE as a school which trains and creates high quality bartenders for making cocktails and also as the ones who are present at every major event in Zagreb, all around Croatia and in Europe. 3) Professional Course 42 hours lessons: 2800,00 kn + VAT (seven day course) - advanced course + working flair basics, bar service organization, preparation, cocktail decorations and service, bartender codex and drink service

4) Mixologyst Bartender 120 hours lessons: 4500,00 kn + VAT (one month course) Classes in Zagreb - professional course + advanced mixology, creation of unique cocktails, molecular mixology

5) Flair Bartender 120 hours lessons: 4500,00 kn + VAT (two months course) Classes in Zagreb - professional course + special course of working flair and methods, exhibition flair, bar perfomance, fire & neon show

6) MixyFlair Bartender 250 hours lessons : 5500,00 kn + VAT (up to six months course) Classes in Zagreb - includes courses for mixologist and flair bartender – this is a course for complete Bartender

7) Bar Manager 45 hours lessons: 6500,00 kn + VAT (ten day course) Classes in Zagreb - prefessional course + special course for Bar Managers with human resource management, suply ma-nagement, salase and marketing services, controlling and time management

Classes for Basics, Advanced and Professional level of instruction is possible in every destination, so we come to You, in your hotel, restaurant or bar. While education for other programs maintained exclusively in Zagreb.

The prices include all drinks for making cocktails, drinks for ‘blind tasting’, equipment with movable cocktail bars and small inventory, and production materials (scripts, diplomas, tasting mats, etc.).

The bars we use as working stations for making cocktails are made out of acrylic glass (Plexiglas) and are designed according to contemporary standards. The decorations are usually made from fresh fru-its and vegetables, they reflect the persistent work of our bartenders and their special contribution to the overall image will leave no one indifferent. We bring with us all the necessary working and perfor-mance equipment: glasses, moveable flair cocktail bars, ice, decorations, straws, napkins, etc.

4) PRICE OF THE PERFORMANCE – FIRE & NEON SHOW

Fire & Neon Shows are also a component of our program and a most attractive event where one or several bartenders joggle for 5 to 10 minutes with 1 to 4 objects in the air, following the rhythm of the music. During the Neon Show the rhythm of the drums and the glowing fluorescent objects in the air which follow the rhythm are especially emphasized; while during the Fire Show the bottles which the bartenders use are set on fire.

5) PRICE OF THE PERFORMANCE – PRESENTATION

The presentations refer to the education seminars for 15 to 20 persons about the Scottish and Irish whiskeys and the world-renowned vodkas. All the participants get a “blind tasting” (5-9 glasses), a diploma and complimentary bottles.

For all the listed presentations we provide glasses, a projection screen, a projector, diplomas, etc.

Under the title “Basic cocktail seminar” we include practical and theoretical classes, expert literature, top 5 cocktails (Mojito, Hawaiian, Mai Tai, Sex on the Beach, Pina Colada) and 6 basic working meth-ods.

The duration of the presentations and the education seminars is 2 hours, expect for the “Basic cocktail seminar”, whose duration depends upon the number of students (2-6 hours).

6) ADDITIONAL EXPENSES

If we are working outside Zagreb, then the price is calculated as 2.5 kn per kilometer plus toll charges.

The tax on the price of travel expenses is 25%.
