Over 300 guests attended the 13th Pride in the Park Ball hosted by local couple Val Hackett and Mike Carey in aid of the Born Free

Foundation. Created over 30 years ago by Virginia McKenna OBE with her late husband Bill Travers and their son Will, the foundation raises awareness of the plight of wildlife around the world. The evening included entertainment from spectacular dancers, Zulu Tradition, and an auction led by James Lewis. The event raised an impressive £20,700 for the foundation.
