We have invested millions of euro in highly modern facilities and we have the necessary raw material in our high quality milk to increase our production in pace with these requirements. Overall, we anticipate that we will expand our milk intake by 35% (at minimum) and up to 55% where improved market conditions exist in the future. Your Graduate ProgrammeThe Lakeland Dairies Graduate Programme is specifically structured to provide you with the opportunity to enhance and develop your skills over a two year period.

During this time, you will complete rotational placements in appropriate functions and departments within the company, relevant to your discipline. In parallel with this, you will complete a Diploma in Management in conjunction with the Irish Management Institute (IMI).

Throughout the programme, you will be assigned a mentor within the relevant departments for support and advice. You will also have ongoing contact, support and assistance from the Graduate Programme Co-ordinator to review and discuss your progress.
