Ann Coleman says, “Thank you, KBC, for the kind and generous Love Offering. I appreciate your thoughtfulness and enjoy serving the Lord as your organist.” The card is on the bulletin board in the Education Building.

A Gift

A gift from Ava Lee Straughn to the following Sunday School Classes: Christian Services, Faith Challengers, and Philathea has been donated in her honor towards the cost of the new HVAC system.

Food Pantry Sunday

January 30th is Food Pantry Sunday, so don’t forget your food pantry donations! Supporting our local Food Pantry is an on-going mission project of the Angelic Ministers. Food collection barrels are located in the education building for you to place your food donations. The following is a shopping list that you can cut out and take with you shopping. KUMC is very specific in what they give out though, so make sure you purchase only what is on the list.

We have an on-going need for canned food items for our food pantry. Everyone’s help is needed to feed the food insecure in our community. Please take the following list with you next time you shop. No XL items please.

However, any permanent changes in the schedule should continue to be handled by the lead coordinator.

Attention KBC Parents: If you have a child participating in children’s worship, please make sure they are picked up at the end of the church service by a parent or adult. The children’s worship leaders will only allow children to be picked up by a parent or adult from the nursery, toddler, 2-3 year old, 4-5 year old, or 6-7 year old classrooms. We love our children at KBC and want to ensure their safety!
