Jame* Robert Mi nk, 7& died June 3 at his home at Livings-ton. He was born in Rockcastle County in 1882, the ' son of Madison and Angeline Cromer Mink. He was a retired rail-roader.

After being shot Mrs. Mc-Clure ran to the home of a neighbor. Mrs. Lillie Setzer, another neighbor, called the ambulance.
Mrs. McClure was admitted to Rockcastle County Baptist Hospital, at about 9:45 p. m. Tuesday, where she remains.
