1. Author creates story, applies taxonomy & styling, requests a graphic by inserting a placeholder, and uploads the article to Sitecore all from MS Word.
2. Sitecore converts the MS Word file to HTML and versions the article. The article can now be previewed on the web.
3. The managing editor receives a notification and downloads the article for review. Changes are made and the article is uploaded to Sitecore.
4. The graphic artist receives the request from the author, uploads a graphic to Sitecore which replaces the placeholder.
5. The managing editor approves the article which publishes it to the web and sends it to the print production staff for print composition.
