• Only in the Cloud (SAAS)

• Timeframe adjustment

• Impact on organizations and plans

• Microsoft is suddenly a Partner in a whole different way

– LCS (Lifecycle service)

– Approval of customization

– Change of License model

• FlexProperty only in new solution

• Integration with POS system in the Museum not good enough

– > AFM should replace POS with a compatible system

• AFM member system must be integrated with App, but developer cannot

deliver

– More accurate and better data from Fearnbiz

– Project module gives better reports and control

– Better integration with Exflow than Medius

• User interface not so good in AX2009 version.

• Good and open dialogue

• Senior project Management from both parties

• Cooperation

– Progress more important than distribution of blame

• Fixed weekly meetings/demos/workshop

• All changes is cost estimated before approval

• Good Cost control

• Flexibility during the process

• Open discussion about uncertainties (risks)
