1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 02/18 had advertised 136vacancies (UR-S2, 08C-49, SC-20, ST-1S including PH-HH-OL-04and EXSM-22) for the post of Radiographer under Post Code-08/18 inHealth & Family Welfare Department, GNCTD.

2. The examination (online mode) was conducted on 30.0S.2019.

3. The marks obtained by 1495 candidates who have duly appeared inonline examination held on 30.0S.2019 have been uploaded on Board'swebsite. Candidates can view their marks by logging into their account inOARS module on www.dsssbonline.nic.in.

4. Based on the performance in the examination, the candidates who havesecured equal and more marks in their respective category as per detailsgiven below are being provisionally shortlisted and accordingly allowed toupload e-dossiers subject to correctness of the information furnished bythe candidates in their online application forms:

5. The shortlisted candidates for the above mentioned post code are herebyinformed to fili the e-dossier and upload' all the documents ofEducational/Professional/Experience CertificatelDegree /' Mark sheets/CastecertificatelDisability certificate/Proof of Go~t. Servant/Ex. Serviceman/AdmitCards etc., as applicable in the e-doss'ier module in OARS link in theirindividual account. Shortlisting is b'eing m'ade on the basis of marks obtainedin online examination held on 30.08.1'9. ' .,[ ;

6. Kindly note that the e-dossier link will be activated to only thosecandidates who are provisionally shortlisted to upload e-dossiers as perdetails given in para 4 above.

7. The e-dossier link shall be active from 24.12.2019 to 07.01.2020.The candidate while uploading e-dossier should ensure thathe/she fulfils all the eligibility criteria/all essential qualificationsas per RRs for the post as on the cut-off date i.e. 13.0S.201S.

S. The above shortlisted candidates are also being separatelyinformed through SMS and E-mail on their registered mobilenumber and E-mail Id as an additional facility only. If, anycandidate fails to upload e-dossier during the above said periodhis/her candidature shall be rejected and no further opportunitywill be given on whatsoever ground.

9. All the candidates who have been shortlisted for uploading e-dossiersMUST upload their all requisite / applicable documents in the said link instipulated time i.e, 24.12.2019 to 07.01.2020.

10. Mere asking the candidate for uploading documents in the e-dossiermodule does not confer him/her right to selection to the applied post.Final selection will be made purely on the basis of merit against thenotified vacancies provided the candidate fulfils all the required eligibilitycriteria. It is reiterated that if the candidate fails to upload his/herdocuments on or before the date as mentioned above he/she willnot be given any further opportunity and his/her candidature willbe treated as cancelled.

11.The above Shortlisting of candidates for calling of e-dossiers for the postcode-OS/iS will be subject to outcome of pending court cases, if any.

i2.While every care has bee.!]._taken in preparing the list of shortlistedcandidates, DSSSB reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions ifany, detected at any stage.
