RESULT NOTICE NO: 10 15ASSISTANT (OT/CSSD) UNDER POST CODE - 19/18IN HEALTH & FAMILY WELFARE DEPARTMENT, GNCTD

1. The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 02/18 had advertised 12 vacancies(UR-07, OBC-03, SC-Ol, ST-Ol including EXSM-03) for the post ofAssistant (OT/CSSD) under Post Code-19/18 in Health & Family WelfareDepartment, GNCTD.

2. The examination (online mode) was conducted on 27.08.2019.

3. The marks obtained by 671 candidates who have duly appeared in writtenexamination held on 27/08/2019 have been uploaded on the Board'swebsite. Candidates can view their marks by logging into their account inOARS module on www.dsssbonline.nic.in. Further, vide Notice no. 944 dated12.12.2019, e-dossiers were called w.e.f. 17.12.19 to 31.12.2019.

4. The result has been processed keeping in view of the eligibility conditionsand relaxation thereof in respect of educational qualifications etc. as on cutoff date i.e. 13.08.18 for post code-19/18

5. On the basis of marks secured in the written examination and afterpreliminary scrutiny, as per the provisions of the statutory RecruitmentRules for the post and the terms and conditions as stipulated in theadvertisement, the following candidates are provisionally selected to thepost of Assistant (OT/CSSD) under Post Code-19/18 in Health & FamilyWelfare Department, GNCTD subject to their fulfilling all other conditions ofeligibility and also correctness of the information all other conditions ofeligibility and also correctness of the information furnished by thecandidates in their online application form and e-dossier:-

7. The above 04 candidates, whose documents is deficient, are directed toupload their deficient documents / all requisite / applicable documents etc.,if any, through the e-dossier module in stipulated time. The e-dossier linkshall be active from 31.01.2020 to 09.02.2020. They are also beingseparately informed (as an additional facility) through, SMS on theirregistered mobile number.

8. The selection of the above total 05 candidates (UR-03, OBC-Ol, UR-EXSM-Ol) shall be further subject to genuineness of the documents onthe basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibilityconditions as prescribed in the RRs and terms and conditions ofadvertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verification oftheir identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/ handwritingetc. On the application form, admission certificate etc. The candidature ofthe candidate is liable to be cancelled by the User Department, incase, candidate is found not fulfilling all the eligibility conditions ofthe Recruitment Rules for the posts or for any other genuine reason.The decision of the User Department regarding the eligibility of thecandidate shall be final and binding on the candidate. TheCompetent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theoffer of appointment to the candidates after being satisfied about

their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and afterverification of the correctness of the information furnished in theapplication form and the documents related to EducationalQualification, Age and other essential certificates.

9. The User department shall also check the eligibility of thereservation benefit, if any. Further, if applicable, User Departmentshall verify the genuineness of the caste certificate furnished by thecandidate prior to issuing offer of appointment to the candidates.The Competent Authority of the User Department shall arrange toverify the correctness of the information/ documents as furnished inthe application forms and e-dossier vis-a-vis the original documents.The user Department is requested to ascertain thescrutiny/correctness of the same at their own level before issuingthe offer of appointment to the provisionally selected candidates.Further, the appointing authority shall verify and satisfy itself aboutthe authenticity of documents/certificates and essentialqualification for the post before finally appointing the candidate. TheUser Department is also requested to rectify/correct, in case, anyminor / clerical error/deficiency noticed in the documents of thecandidate at their own level.

10. It is stated that the User Department shall verify the genuinenessof the caste certificate furnished by the candidates in the light ofNotification No. 36012/22/93-Esttt.(SCT)dated 08/09/1993 issuedby DOPT and other instructions/ guidelines issued from time totime by the competent authorities prior to issuance of offer ofappointment to the candidate. It is further stated that, prior toappointment, the user department must satisfy, itself, that theabove candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria as prescribedfor entitlement of OBCCDelhi) certificate as specified in variousOrders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated 07/03/2017issued by Revenue Deptt, GNCTD after thorough verification of castecertificate.

11. User Department shall also get the SC/ST /OBC certificates verifiedfrom the issuing authority. Further, in case of the OBC candidates, itmay also be verified that the candidate does not belong to creamylayer of the schedule of Govt. of India, DOPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993, O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res)dated 09.03.2004 and 14/10/2008 and 36033/1/ 2013-Estt. (Res)dated 27.05.2013 & 13.09.2017.

12. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theappointment letters to the candidates after verification of the correctness ofthe information furnished in the application form and the documents relatedto education qualification, age and other essential certificates including castecertificate as per Government of India instructions issued in this regard videMHA OM No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19/11/54.

13. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is inconformity with DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt issued from timeto time.

14. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the userdepartment is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessarythat the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.

15. The recruitment process for the post of Assistant (OT /CSSD) underPost Code-19/18 in Health & Family Welfare Department, GNCTD ishereby closed subject to disposal of pending cases.

16. The Select panel/Waiting List in respect of UR/OBC Category forthe post of Assistant (OT -CSSD) under Post Code-19/ 18 in Health &Family Welfare Department, GNCTD has been maintained and thesame shall be valid upto 27.01.2021. Further, the Selectpanel/Waiting List could not be maintained in respect ofSC/ST / EXSM category as no suitable candidate is available inrespective categories.

17. The result for the post of Assistant (OT-CSSD) under Post Code-19/18 inHealth & Family Welfare Department, GNCTD will be subject to outcome ofpending court cases, if any
