NOTICE

Subject:- Declaration of Marks of offline examination held on 03.11. 2019 for the Postof Post Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit) Post Code-34/12 and uploading e-dossier- regarding.

The DSSSB vide its advertisement No. 02/12 had advertised 01 {UR-1) for the post ofPost Graduate Teacher (Sanskrit) in Department of Social Welfare under Post Code-34/12. Tier-I offline written examination was held on 03.11.2019.

2. The marks obtained by 01 candidate who duly appeared in examination conducted(offline mode) on 03.11.2019 have been uploaded on the Board's website. Candidates canview their marks by logging into their account in OARS module on www.dsssbonline.nic.in .

3. Based on the performance in the examination, 01 candidate has been provisionallyallowed to upload e-dossier subject to attaining minimum qualifying marks and correctness ofthe information furnished by the candidate in his online application forms.

4. The shortlisted candidates for the above mentioned post code are herebyinformed to fill the e-dossier and upload all the documents of Educational/ProfessionalCertificateslDegree and Mark sheets/Caste CertificatelDisability certificate/Proof of Govt.Servant/Ex. Servicemen/Admit Cards etc., as applicable in the E-dossier module in OARSlink in their individual account in OARS module. Short listing is being made on thebasis of marks obtained in Tier-I written examination (Objective-MCQ) for 200 marks.

5. Kindly note that the e-dossier link will be activated to only those candidates who are inthe consideration zone of selection.

6. The candidate who has been shortlisted for falling in the consideration zone of selectionMUST upload his all requisite / applicable documents in the said link in stipulated time.

7. The e-dossier link shall be activated for a period of 15 days w.e.f. 23.01.2020 to06.02.2020. The candidate uploading e-dossier should ensure that he/she fulfills all theeligibility criteria as on the cutoff date, i.e 15.06.2012. The shortlisted candidates are also beingseparately informed through SMS & E-Mail on their registered mobile number & e-mail id. as anadditional facility. If, the candidate fails to upload the e-dossier during the above saidperiod, his/her candidature will be rejected and no further opportunity for uploading e-dossier will be given on whatsoever ground.

8. Mere asking the candidate for uploading documents in the e-dossier module does notconfer him any right to selection to the applied post. Final selection will be made purely on thebasis of merit against the notified vacancies provided the candidate falling in the zone ofconsideration fulfills all the required eligibility conditions. It is reiterated that if the candidate fails~ (2

to upload his/her documents on or before the date as mentioned above he/she will not be givenany further opportunity and his/her candidature will be treated as cancelled.

9. While every care has been taken in preparing the list of shortlisted candidate, OSSSBreserves the right to rectify errors and omissions if any, detected at any stage.

10. The above short listing candidates for calling of e-dossier for the post of Post GraduateTeacher (Sanskrit) under post code-34/12 in Oeptt. of Social Welfare, GNCTO is subject tooutcome of pending court case, if any.
