PGT (COMPUTER SCIENCE) FEMALE, POST CODE-151/17IN DIRECTORATE OF EDUCATION

The DSSSB vide its advertisement NO.04/2017 Dated 20/12/2017 had advertised 99 {UR-51,OBC-26, SC-15, ST-07 including PH (OH-01, VH-01, HH-01) vacancies for the post of PGT (ComputerScience) Female, Post Code-151/17 in Directorate of Education with closing date as 31.01.2018.Tier-I examination in online computer based examination mode was conducted on 26.07.2018.

2. On the basis of online examination of Tier-1 held on 26.07.2018 and having been foundprovisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc inaccordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post of PGT (Computer Science) Female,Post Code-151/17 in Directorate of Education a total of 86 (UR-49, OBC-19, SC-15, ST-02) candidateswere provisionally nominated for the post of PGT (Computer Science) Female, Post Code-151/17 videResult Notice No. 379 dated 23.03.2019 and the candidature of 07 candidates were kept pending forwant of clarification/documents and their documents were recalled w.e.f. 27.03.2019 to 05.04.2019.These candidates were also informed separately through SMS on the registered Mobile number and thecandidature of 03 OBC category candidates were kept pending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) statusfrom the Revenue Authority.

3. Out of the 07 candidates whose candidature were kept pending for deficient documents, only 04candidates have uploaded the requisite documents during the period 27.03.2019 to 05.04.2019 and afterhaving been found eligible on scrutiny of the documents uploaded by the candidates during the saidperiod, these candidates are being nominated. Further, 02 vacancies under OBC which have been keptpending for verification of their OBC (Delhi) status are also being nominated for thorough verificationregarding their OBC (Delhi) status at the level of the user department.

4. (i) Accordingly, in continuation to Result Notice No. 379 dated 23.03.2019, the candidates, asdetailed below, are also provisionally selected on the basis of online examination of Tier-1 held on26.07.2018 and having been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support ofeducational qualification, age etc in accordance with advertisement NO.04/2017 and RRs for the post ofPGT (Computer Science) Female, Post Code-151/17 in Directorate of Education.

5. The selection of the above candidates shall further be subject to genuineness of the documentson the basis of which they have claimed to have fulfilled all the eligibility conditions as prescribed in theRRs and terms and conditions of advertisement inviting applications and subject to thorough verificationof their identity with reference to their photographs, signatures/handwriting etc. on the application form,admission certificate etc. The candidature of the above candidates are liable to be cancelled by the UserDepartment also, in case the candidates are found not to be fulfilling the terms & conditions of theadvertisement inviting applications for the said post code. The Competent Authority of the Departmentconcerned shall issue the appointment letter to the candidates after being satisfied about their eligibilityas laid down in the recruitment rules and after verification of the correctness of the information furnishedin the application form and the documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essentialcertificates.

6. As per Recruitment Rules, one year teaching experience is essential requirement for thosecandidates who possess M.Sc. (Computer Science)/MCA. The user department is requested toascertain as to whether the candidates mentioned at SI. No.1 of para 4 under UR category, SI. No.1, 2 &3 of para- 4 (ii) under OBC category & SI. No. 1 of para- 4 ((iv) under ST category fulfill the conditionsprescribed in RRs at their level before issuance of appointment letter. If they found not eligible with regardto their experience/qualification, their dossiers may be returned after cancellation of their candidature.Further, the candidate bearing Roll No. 121915101055 under UR category above has uploadedexperience certificate issued from Dayanand Choubisa Inter College, Bulandshehar, U.P. without issuedany dispatch number and date. The user department is requested to thoroughly verification of the saidexperience certificate from the issuing authority before issuance of any appointment letter.

7. Further, the candidate mentioned at SI. No.2 of para- 4 (ii) above, has uploaded OBC certificatedated 25/02/2011 issued from Rajouri Garden, Delhi which has been issued on the basis of her uncleresident of U.P. However, she has also uploaded her father's OBC (Delhi) certificate dated 19/01/2005which has also been issued from Rajouri Garden, Delhi at the same address of both certificates. She hasacquired all the educational qualification, experience from Delhi state. She has also provided her date ofbirth certificate which has been issued from Delhi and on the basis of her all the qualification/ date of birthcertificate & OBC (Delhi) certificate of her father, she has been, however, provisionally nominated with therequest to the user department to got the OBC (Delhi) certificate and thoroughly examine the OBC (Delhi)Status of the candidate before issuance of appointment letter. If the candidate found not eligible, herdossier may be returned after cancellation of her candidature.

8. The User department shall also check the eligibility of the reservation benefit, if any.Further, if applicable, User Department shall verify the genuineness of the Caste Certificatefurnished by the candidate prior to issuing offer of appointment to the candidates. TheCompetent Authority of the User Department shall arrange to verify the correctness of theinformation/documents as furnished in the application forms and e-dossier vis-it-vis the originaldocuments. The User department is requested to ascertain the scrutiny/correctness of the sameat their own level before issuing the offer of appointment to the provisionally selected candidates.Further the a ointin authorit shall verif and satis itself about the enticit of'-.

1ocuments/certificates and essential qualification for the post before finally appointing thecandidate. The User department is also requested to rectify/correct, in case any minor/clericalerror/deficiency noticed in the documents of the candidate at their own level.

9. The User department shall verify the genuineness of the Caste certificate furnished by thecandidates in the light of Notification No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08/09/1993 issued by DOPTand other instructions/guidelines issued from time to time by the Competent authorities prior toissuance of offer of appOintment to the candidate. It is further stated that prior to appointment,the user department must satisfy, itself, that the above candidates are fulfilling the necessarycriteria as prescribed for entitlement of OBC(Delhi) certificate as specified in variousorders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated 07/03/2017 issued by Revenue Deptt., GNCTDafter thorough verification of Caste Certificate.

10. The User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified from the Issuingauthority. Further, if applicable, User department shall verify the genuineness of the Caste certificatefurnished by the candidate prior to issuing officer of appointment to the candidates. in case of the OBCcandidates, it may also be verified that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer of the schedule ofGovt. of India, DOPT O.M. No.36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated 08.09.1993, O.M. No.36033/3/2004-Estt.(Res) dated 09.03.2004 and 14.10.2009 and 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.

11. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue the appointment letter to thecandidates after being satisfied about their eligibility as laid down in the recruitment rules and afterverification of the correctness of the information/documents as furnished in the application for and edossier vis-a-vis the original documents related to Educational Qualification, Age and other essentialcertificates as per Instructions issued by Govt. of India in this regard vide MHA OM No.2/29/54-RRs 19-11-54.

12. The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is in conformity with DOPTguidelines and instructions of Govt. issued from time to time.

13. Further, the candidature of the following candidates are being kept pending for want of deficient /requisite documents in the e-dossier. These candidates are being given 2nd & final opportunity w.e.f.20/08/2019 to 26/08/2019 to upload the requisite documents:-

15. Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does not confer any right uponthe candidate over the post unless the User department is satisfied after such inquiry as may beconsidered necessary that the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.
