The DSSSB, vide its advertisement No. 01/2015 had advertised total 13 vacancies (UR-09, OBC -03 & SC-01(Inciuding 01 PHVH,LV» for the post of UDC (Accounts/Auditor), under post code 45/15, in Directorate of Agriculture Marketing Board (DAMB). with closing date 26.11.2015. Tier-I Examination in offline mode was conducted on 30.07.2017. 2. On the basis of Offline Tier-I examination held on 30.07.2017 and having been found provisionally eligible as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc. in accordance with advertisement No. 01/2015 and marks secured in written examination and after preliminary scrutiny, as per the provisions of the statutory Recruitment Rules for the post of UDC (Accounts/Auditor), under post code 45/15, in Directorate of Agriculture Marketing Board (DAMB) a total of 12 [ UR-08,OBC-03 & SC-01] candidates were provisionally nominated for the post of UDC (Accounts/Auditor), under post code 45/15, in Directorate of Agriculture Marketing Board (DAMB) vide Result Notice No. 673 & 749 dated 22.06.2018 & 16.01.2019 and 29 candidates were kept in waiting panel of UR, OBC & SC category. 3. On scrutiny of the documents uploaded by the candidates, 05 candidates are found eligible from waiting panel in UR & OBC category as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc. 4. Accordingly, in continuation to the Result Notice No. 673 & 749 dated 22.06.2018 & 16.01.2019, the following candidates, as per details given below, are also provisionally nominated, on the basis of Tier-I examination in offline mode held on 30.07.2017 and as per documents uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc., in accordance with advertisement 01/2015 and RRs for the post of UDC (Accounts/Auditor), under post code 45/15, in Directorate of Agriculture Marketing Board (DAMB). 5. DIRECTORATE OF AGRICULTURE MARKETING BOARD (DAMB).
1. 3. On scrutiny of the documents uploaded by the candidates, 05 candidatesare found eligible from waiting panel in UR & OBC category as perdocuments uploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc.
4. Accordingly, in continuation to the Result Notice No. 673 & 749 dated22.06.2018 & 16.01.2019, the following candidates, as per detailsgiven below, are also provisionally nominated, on the basis of Tier-Iexamination in offline mode held on 30.07.2017 and as per documentsuploaded in support of educational qualification, age etc., in accordancewith advertisement 01/2015 and RRs for the post of UDC(Accounts/Auditor), under post code 45/15, in Directorate of AgricultureMarketing Board (DAMB).

6. The category of one candidate having Roll No. 16001953 has beenshifted from OBC to UR category due to lowering of merit in UR categoryon account of return of dossier by the user department.
7. The selection of the above 05 (FIVE) candidates (UR-02 & OBC-03)shall be further subject to thorough verification of the candidature of thecandidates by the User Department. The candidature of the candidate isliable to be cancelled by the User Department, in case, candidate is foundnot fulfilling all the eligibility conditions of the Recruitment Rules for theposts or for any other genuine reason. The decision of the UserDepartment regarding the eligibility of the candidate shall be final andbinding on the candidate.
8. The Competent Authority of the Department concerned shall issue theappointment letters to the candidates after verification of the correctnessof the information furnished in the application form and the documentsrelated to education qualification, age and other essential certificatesincluding caste certificate as per Government of India instructions issuedin this regard vide MHA OM No. 2/29/54-RPS, 19/11/54.
9. The User department shall also check the eligibility of thereservation benefit, if any. Further, if applicable, User Departmentshall verify the genuineness of the caste certificate furnished bythe candidate prior to issuing offer of appointment to thecandidates. The Competent Authority of the User Department shallarrange to verify the correctness of the information / documentsas furnished in the dossier vis-a-vis the original documents.H&FW, Department is reguested to ascertain thescrutiny/correctness of the same at their own level before issuingthe offer of appointment to the provisionally selected candidates.Further, the appointing authority shall verify and satisfy itselfabout the authenticity of documents/certificates and essentialgualification for the post before finally appointing the candidate.The User Department is also requested to rectify/correct, in case,any minor/clerical error/deficiency noticed in the documents ofthe candidate at their own level.
10.It is stated that the User Department shall verify the genuinenessof the caste certificate furnished by the candidates in the light ofNotification No. 36012/22/93-Esttt.(SCT)dated 08/09/1993issued by DOPT and other instructions/ guidelines issued fromtime to time by the competent authorities prior to issuance ofoffer of appointment to the candidate. It is further stated that,prior to appointment, the user department must satisfy, itself, thatthe above candidates are fulfilling the necessary criteria asprescribed for entitlement of OBC(Delhi) certificate as specified invarious Orders/Guidelines/Circulars including order dated07/03/2017 issued by Revenue Deptt, GNCTD after thoroughverification of caste certificate.

11.User Department shall also get the SC/ST/OBC certificates verified fromthe issuing authority. Further, in case of the OBC candidates, it may alsobe verified that the candidate does not belong to creamy layer of theschedule of Govt. of India, DOPT O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt.(SCT) dated08.09.1993, O.M. No. 36033/3/2004-Estt. (Res) dated 09.03.2004 and14/10/2008 and 36033/1/2013-Estt. (Res) dated 27.05.2013.
12.The User department shall ensure that the appointment made is inconformity with DOPT guidelines and instructions of Govt. issuedfrom time to time.
13.Mere inclusion of the name of the candidate in the result notice does notconfer any right upon the candidate over the post unless the userdepartment is satisfied after such inquiry as may be considered necessarythat the candidate is suitable in all respect for appointment to the post.
14. While every care has been taken in preparing the result,DSSSB reserves the right to rectify errors and omissions, if anydetected at any stage.
