How did you use media technologies in the construction

and research, planning and evaluation stages?

Camera

• I used a Canon dslr camera to record my film noir trailer, it could record in HD and slow motion, therefre I took advantage of this and included it in my trailer to make it look better and more appealing to the target audience. I found the camera very easy to use.

Tripod

• I used a tripod when filming my film noir because it helps steady the camera making sure the shot is still ad perfect for the best possible watching experience for the audience.

Photoshop

• I used Photoshop to edit my magazine ad poster making them look more professional, more like an official movie poster. This allowed me to also to create production companies for the begging of the trailer making it more professional.

Slideshare

• I used Slideshare to upload presentations from Powerpoint to the internet and put them on my blog I mainly used them for my prelim tasks and research.

Prezi

• I have used Prezi in my evaluation 1 to present my work as it is an alternative way to present my work therefore making my work better I also found it easy to use.

Flickr

• I have used Flickr as another method of presenting my, mainly when looking at film posters and magazines. I also used it to compare my work to other posters and magazine. It is good as t allows me isolate each area and talk about it.

Blogger

• I have used Blogger to store and present all my work. I signed up and started to create my blog. I have created different pages to show all my work, they are easy to navigate through therefore making it easy to mark.

Youtube

• I used Youtube to upload my film trailer to the internet so I could gain feedback from my audience and peers. I did this by uploading it to my channel and leaving the comment section open to the public so they could give me some feedback.

Music Maker

• I used music maker to produce the soundtrack to my film trailer. It had a wide variety of sounds available which allowed me to create a suitable soundtrack which matched the genre of my film.

Windows Movie Maker

• Movie maker allowed me to edit all my shots together and create my film trailer. I used it to place the sound track over the top of the shots as well it was very easy to pick up and use, when I was done I uploaded the trailer to Youtube.
