Why Global Talent Marketing?

Previously, we had the Business Administration sub-product which included Marketing as well, so why did we decide to introduce a new sub-product which was already there?

Page 3: Global Talent Marketing, oGIP Sub-product, AIESEC Czech Republic

Why Global Talent Marketing?

Because of 3 main reasons

Page 4: Global Talent Marketing, oGIP Sub-product, AIESEC Czech Republic

Why Global Talent Marketing?

1. Supply & Demand on myaiesec.net.

On the platform, Marketing is considered a different background than Business Administration and is treated in a different matter. Marketing has its own sub-backgrounds (Advertising & Public Relations, International Marketing, Import/Export etc.) and is the sub-product with the biggest supply on myaiesec.net, both in terms of EPs and TNs.

Why Global Talent Marketing?

2. Set right expectations of EPs

Before, we were raising EPs for Business Administration, but when they went on myaiesec.net they saw that Business Administration TNs are different than what we were promoting in the recruitment.

Why Global Talent Marketing?

3. History

In the last 5 years, out of 300 EPs realized on what we called Business Administration, 136 were on actually Marketing TNs and just 96 on actual Business Administration TNs.
