Loy Krathong

On Friday the 19th of November we celebrated Loy Krathong onboth the First School and The Upper School. This wasundoubtedly the best Loy Krathong celebration we have had, where all the pupils performed a Thai song or dance in theirclasses. Costumes were beautiful, krathongs were floated andfun was had by all. Well done to the Thai department and toall the children who took part.

Shakespeare’s Visit!Ok, so it wasn’tactually William Shakespeare himself, but it was

as close as you can get! Actor Director, Daniel Foleypresented a workshop entitled 'Shakespeare for Beginners'.Daniel was visiting from London with the groupPerformance Exchange when we secured his services for ourschool. Daniel was very popular with our pupils who are stillasking me when he can return. Daniel Foley has also reportedto Performance Exchange that he very much enjoyedworking with Garden Students.

To be, or not to….what?

Great fun!

I thought there were only
