FTE Appoints Paul Bois Vice President of Human Resources and Administration
Executive Brings Leadership Skills to Advance Vision and Operational Excellence
ATLANTA, April 7, 2011 – Paul K. Bois has been named Vice President of Human
Resources and Administration for The Fund for Theological Education (FTE). He will serve as a
member of FTE’s senior leadership team, with responsibility for talent development, operations
management and the creation of capacity-building infrastructure to advance mission and programs.
With more than 30 years of executive experience in the corporate and manufacturing
sectors, Bois brings expertise in strategies that drive vision, develop people and effectively allocate
resources. He joins FTE from Associated Hygienic Products in Duluth, Georgia, where for 10 years
he guided implementation of human resources activities for more than 800 employees in five
states, advised senior management on personnel and legal issues, and designed leadership and
skills enhancement initiatives for employees. Previously, Bois held management positions at The
Network, Inc., Pameco Corporation and the John H. Harland Company.

A member of the Society for Human Resources Management, Bois graduated from Kansas
State University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration. He holds certification in
Employee Relations Law and completed advanced management development training at the
Center for Creative Executive Leadership in Colorado Springs, CO. Bois and his wife, Heather, live
in Suwanee, GA. They are members of the Catholic Church of St. Monica in Duluth, GA.
