Can I purchase a vacant territory and a loan book?

Of course. Aussie will provide an exclusive territory plus the option to purchase a loan book and customer client base

at very reasonable rates.

Do I need experience in the finance sector to buy an Aussie retail franchise?

No. Aussie provides fantastic training to help you succeed as a mortgage broker. Our experience indicates that previous

mortgage industry experience, while helpful, is not essential to become a successful Aussie retail franchisee. The key

quality is a genuine desire to help your customers.

How much initial capital do I need to get started?

Depending on the business model that suits you best, on average you will need between $120,000 and $200,000. Bear in

mind that some established Aussie retail franchises sell for in excess of $800,000, so with work and dedication, your initial
