TRAININGAt Pronto Franchise we believe that training is a fundamental part of making you a successful franchisee. That is why we take training very seriously. After many years of experience and research we have developed a comprehensive training program that assumes you, the franchisee, have neither prior experience in running your own financial products business nor any experience in the insurance or income tax industry. This three-step program is designed to provide you with all of the necessary tools for running a successful Pronto franchise. The program consists of three weeks:

Week 1:Introduction to the Pronto System: This portion of the training takes place at our training facility at Pronto’s corporate headquarters in Brownsville, Texas. Our training specialists use proven techniques that will teach you in great detail the everyday operation of your own business. Here you will learn how to use our state-of-the-art software system designed specifically for the Pronto business. You will learn how to effectively sell insurance policies, prepare and file income tax returns, manage employees, market the office and provide customer service.

Week 2:Immersion into an existing Pronto agency: The “hands-on” portion of the training involves you participating in the everyday activities at an actual Pronto agency. Our training program puts everything you learned during the first week of training to practice by having you train at an existing Pronto agency.

Week 3:On-site training: Your third week of training takes place in your location shortly after opening. This portion of the program focuses on your grand opening, marketing and selling to your new customers. A training specialist will be present to ease you into the Pronto process.

The training does not stop there! We have ongoing training throughout the life of your Pronto agency. We will train you on how to sell and manage new products and services as we develop them. There is ongoing training on management techniques, marketing and production efficiency. We hold periodic training sessions at your agency and at Pronto’s corporate headquarters.

FRANCHISE PROCESSPurchasing a Pronto franchise involves a detailed process designed to inform you about the concept and Pronto Franchise. As in any relationship, it is important that both parties are well informed about each other in order to achieve a mutual level of comfort necessary to establish a working relationship. The following are the steps a typical Pronto franchise will go through:

1) Apply Online – Go to www.prontofranchise.com and apply.

2) Application - Complete franchise application and return to Pronto Franchise by email to [email protected] or mail- Pronto Franchise, LLC, 805 Media Luna, Suite 401, Brownsville, TX 78520 Attention- Franchise Director.

3) FDD - Upon receipt, we will review and evaluate your application and, if approved, provide you with a Franchise Disclosure Document (FDD). We may provide you with a FDD in hard copy or electronic format. If the FDD is furnished electronically, it will be provided in a Portable Document Format (PDF) file. You must use the Adobe Acrobat® program in order to open and view this type of electronic file. Upon receipt of the FDD, please complete and sign the final two pages of the document entitled “Receipt.” Once completed and signed, return the receipt entitled “Our Copy” to the address indicated above in item 2. It is recommended that you review the FDD with your attorney and business advisors.

4) Discovery Day - A Pronto Franchise representative will contact you to schedule a Discovery Day and interview at corporate headquarters in Brownsville, Texas.

5) Approval Notice - Once Discovery Day and the interview have been completed you will be notified If you have been approved to become a Pronto franchisee.

6) Signing - Signing the Franchise Agreement or Area Development Agreement and other related agreements.

7) Site Location and Approval – Pronto Franchise will aid in the selection process of and approve your franchise site. We consult with you about the best possible location for your agency by applying a proven market formula. Many factors are considered such as demographics, traffic counts, physical attributes and competition when we make a site location decision. You will select four to five potential locations that fit our requirements in your local market, and we will visit every one, apply our proven market formula and identify the best possible location for you.

8) Training – Training program includes: Introduction to the Pronto System – Five days at the corporate headquarters training facility. You will learn how to use the proprietary software, sell insurance policies, market your franchise and learn many more concepts necessary to managing a successful Pronto franchise.

9) Build-Out – Pronto Franchise, LLC will guide you every step of the way throughout the build-out phase of your franchise. The process will be coordinated to end shortly after your initial training.

10) Grand Opening – One week after you open your doors, a Pronto training specialist will work with you at your franchise location for five days. The trainer will guide you through every step of the grand opening process and will continue to train you on managing the business. There is a strong emphasis on the creation of your own Grassroots Marketing Campaign. The fifth day will be your actual grand opening.
