across a notice on a notice board about an art competition. Fe was very

Fall to take part in the competition. There were many children and their

parents at the hall. The hall was crowded and noisy. 4ha"ali drew the

picture beautifully. The activity was indeed very interesting. Fe did not

reali"e that he had spent an hour at the competition. !fter that, he

handed in his drawing.

Fe waited patiently to know the winner of the competition. Fe won

the rst pri"e in the drawing competition. Fe was speechless as he could

hide his e$citement. Fe umped in oy. Fe was as happy as a lark. Fe felt

like he was in cloud nine. Fe received a trophy from the 9istrict 5Icer.

Fe praised 4ha"ali for the success. 4ha"ali was pleased with the

compliment . Fe believes,*Chere there is a will, there is a way.*

Fis parents were proud of him. Fe wanted to take part in more

school. ;t "as a per%ect day to go %or an outdoor activity.

!%ter 9 minutes, they reached the 'ungle. They put up their

tents skil%ully by the river. ater in the evening, they started fshing under a big shady tree

"hich is their hobby. They "aited patiently and managed to catch a

2n. ashid is a kind and %riendly teacher.

Eesterday "as his last day at the school. :e is

trans%erring to another school nearby. :e has been

teaching in the school %or f%teen years. Furing the

assembly , the headmaster delivered a %are"ell

speech. Sir ashid too gave a speech. !ll the

pupils listened attentively to him. :e advised thepupils to study hard.

The school organised a %are"ell party %or him

at the school canteen. There "as a variety o%

homemade %ood served on the table like %ried

noodles, %ried chickens, 'ellies, curry pu/s,

doughnuts and orange 'uice. !ll the pupils and

teachers en'oyed the scrumptious meal. Some o%

the pupils gave presents to Sir ashid to sho"

their appreciation. Sir ashid "as e+tremely

delighted and touched.

!t noon, "hen Sir ashid "as about to leavethe school ,all the pupils and teachers gathered at

)r. Rahim is a loving and caring man. Fe always brings his

family out for vacation during school holidays. Fe loves outdoor

activity.

9uring last school holidays, )r. Rahim and his son, Ra"ak went

to a ungle which is located appro$imately 17 kilometres from their

house. Therefore, they went there by car. 6t was a sunny day. The

sun was shining brightly in the sky. 6t was a perfect day for an

outdoor activity. They left their house early in the morning. 9uring

the ourney, they enoyed the spectacular sceneries along the way.

They managed to snap some pictures using their new digitalcamera.

!fter 1% minutes, they arrived at the ungle safely. Then, they

went for bird watching. They saw many types of birds using their

respective binoculars. They enoyed bird watching while chatting

happily with each other. The activity was indeed very interesting.

They did not reali"e they had spent couple of hours bird watching.

Ra"ak was e$tremely happy. Fe could not hide his e$citement. Fe

umped with oy. Fe was as happy as a lark.

5ut of blue, they saw a pangolin trapped under a broken

branch. They were shocked and surprised. They felt panicky and did

managed to stay calm. 6t was badly inured. 6ts legs were bleeding

profusely and it was in a bad condition. 6t looked weak and

vulnerable. 6t needed immediate attention. )r. Rahim had a

brainwave.

Cithout delay, )r. Rahim called the authority. Cithin minutes,two forest rangers came to the spot. They took the pangolin and put

it gently in their truck to treat it at their place. -efore leaving, the

forest rangers thanked and praised )r. Rahim for his kind deed and

+uick action. They were pleased with the compliment. 6t was a

memorable day for them. They felt satised because they managed

to help an animal. They reali"ed, (5ne good turn deserves another.*

helps people who are in trouble. 3o wonder he has many

friends.

5ne day, -aharom went to throw rubbish outside his

house. &uddenly, he saw his neighbour !"lina crying loudly

at the gate. Fe was shocked and surprised. Fe felt panicky

and did not know what to do. uckily, he managed to stay

calm. Fe had a brainwave. Fe asked her why was she

crying. &he told him that her kitten was lost.

-aharom decided to nd the kitten for her. They

searched high and low for the kitten in the neighbourhood

but to no avail. !fter that, they went to the playground

which is located appro$imately 277 metres from their

respective houses. !"lina looked for the kitten under the

slide but the kitten was not there. &oon, they overheard a

meowing sound which was coming from a tunnel. -aharom

found the kitten. 6t was scared. 6t looked weak and

vulnerable. 6t was in bad condition. 6t needed immediate

!"lina was speechless as she could not hide her e$citement.

@oHincidently, a man was passing by the park. Famid asked

him if he could help them to take the ball. The man managed to

get the ball and returned it to Famid. Famid was e$tremely

happy. Fe could not hide his e$citement and umped with oy.

Fe was grateful to the man. Fe thanked praised him for his gooddeed and kindness. Fe was pleased with the compliment and

the spot.

Famid continued playing football. 6t was a memorable

at the school eld. very sport houses put up their respective

tents. The tents were decorated with colourful balloons and

buntings. 6t was sunny day. The sun was shining brightly in the

sky. 6t was a perfect day to organise a &ports 9ay. )any people

came to watch this grand event including Busof and his friends.The school eld was crowded with many people and guests.

Fe took part in the 177m, 277m and # J 177m relay races.

Fe practised hard before the event as he believes (practice

ast week, he was going to celebrate Fari Raya !idil itri at

the village which is located appro$imately AL kilometres fromhis house. Therefore, he decided to go there by bus. There were

many people at the bus stop. The place was noisy and crowded.

it was sunny day. The sun was shining brightly in the sky. 6t was

a perfect to go to his village.

Chen the bus arrived at the bus stop, everyone started to

line up. They +ueued properly and waited for their turn patiently

to get onto the bus. Gnfortunately, when the old woman wantedto board the bus, she tripped and fell onto the road. Kahid was

shocked and surprised. Fe felt panicky and did not know what to

do. uckily, he managed to stay calm. Kahid felt pity for the old

woman. veryone was startled but no one came to help the

unlucky woman.

Cithout second thought, Kahid +uickly helped the oldwoman to stand and board the bus. uckily, she was not badly

inured. &he was grateful to Kahid. &he thanked and praised him

for his good deed and kindness. Kahid was pleased with the

compliment.Kahid was proud of himself and continued his

ourney. Chen he reached the village he related the incidents to
