Goals: Build a major European university with strong visibility and national and international appeal, renovate property assets and implement a sustainable development programme.

Around forty bu i ld ing and publ ic area redevelopment projects, on 4 university campuses covering over 260 hectares. 180,000 m² to be renovated. 50,000 m² of new buildings.

Project cost estimated at approximately €500 million, including €400 million in investments
