Introduction

For this research and analysis I chose to put myself in the place of a customer whose expectation is to book an hotel in Paris

My needs: a high standard quality hotel (4*), in the center of Paris. Type of hotel : design and modern, green hotel will be a plus.

As a consequence I found 2 non chain hotels : les Jardins du Marais and the Sezz hotel.

The Jardins du Marais hotel is only ranked 6 when looking on Google Maps at hotel 4* Paris which is a good ranked considering that there are many 4* hotels in Paris.

The hotel Sezz is only ranked 7 when looking on Google Maps at hotel paris 16 district.
