Center for Women in Business• The Center for Women in Business (CWB), a program of the
U.S. Chamber of Commerce Foundation, promotes and empowers women business leaders to achieve their personal and professional goals by:• Increasing opportunities for women to serve on corporate boards
and in the C-suite• Mentoring women at all stages of their careers• Building a network for women entrepreneurs to encourage peer-
to-peer networking, education, and professional growth
Redefining the Game2012 Summit• Redefining the Game was the formal launch of the Center for
Women in Business. The event gathered business leaders to discuss the changing dynamics of business and the future of women in the workplace.
Advancing Women to the Top2013 Summit• Advancing Women to the Top, the 2nd Annual CWB Summit, focused
on the state of women’s leadership and the business imperative for maximizing the potential of women across industries and organizations.
• CWB along with our research partner, McKinsey & Company, released the Advancing Women to the Top report, a look at the state of women’s leadership in a dozen Fortune 1000 companies.
