As part ofUmetco's ongoing commitment to proactive communication, enclosed is a CD with analytical data from October 2012 through March 2013. A map showing the sample locations is also provided on the CD.

Data for the following sample locations are included in this submittal:

a. Outfall 001: The permitted outfall to Wilson Creek. Results are reported to ADEQ on the monthly Discharge Monitoring Reports (DMRs).

h. WILL: Surface water sampling location on Wilson Creek downstream of Outfall 00 I and the reclamation area. Note that the WILL results are also provided to ADEQ as an attachment to the monthly DMRs.

c. IC07-A: Surface water sampling location on Indian Springs Creek downstream of Lecroy reclamation area. Note that the IC07-A results are also provided to ADEQ as an attachment to the monthly DMRs.

d. SDP-1: Surface water sample from the South Detention Pond, located in the South Lecroy Area. In addition to storm water, this sample location also includes water that is pumped from the Indian Springs Creek sump as well as seepage from the South Lecroy area, and is representative of the water that is pumped from the South Lecroy area to East Wilson Pond for treatment.

e. South I~ecroy Area Groundwater Monitoring Wells: Wells UT-l S, DT-lSR, UT-2S, DT-2S, UT-3S, DT-3S, UM04-21.2, UM04-21.3, and UM04-22. Monitoring well DT-lS was damaged during the South Lecroy reclamation improvements. The damaged well was subsequently abandoned and a new well installed adjacent to the abandoned DT-lS location on February 15,2013. The new well is designated DT -1 SR.

f. Spaulding Area Seep SPRD2: This seep is the source of water for the wetlands pilot test.

g. Spaulding Area Groundwater Monitoring Wells: Wells UM07-1, UM07-2, UM07-3, UM07-4, UM07-5, UM07-6, UM07-7, UM07-8, UM07-9, and UM07-10.

h. Seep05 Area: SEEP05-B. Note that SEEP05-A, SEEP05-C, SEEP05-D, and SEEP05-E were dry during this reporting period, so no samples were collected.

The data from the surface water sampling points on Wilson Creek (location WILL) and Indian Springs Creek (location IC07-A) that are downstream from the site reclamation areas show that the surface water leaving the site meets site-speeific hardness-based metals criteria.
