In this ste"3 $ou define rules for counting absences. The rules are used to determine the"a$roll da$s and hours for an absence. The "a$roll da$s and hours that have beencounted are used to control the deduction of uotas.

In this ste"3 $ou s"ecif$ conditions for the evaluation da$3 the !or# schedule3 andabsence. These conditions must be fulfilled for a counting rule to be selected.Fou also define default values for the counting of absences. The most im"ortant defaultis the "ercentage value used to calculate the "a$roll hours or da$s from the attendanceor absence hours or da$s.Fou enter the "ercentage in the Quota multiplier field. Fou can define a uota multi"lierfor the hours and for the da$s.
