FINISHES All the finishing items shall be as per the schedule of finishes. The floor and wall tilesShall be fixed using approved epoxy adhesiveand epoxy grout Colour matching to the tiles, and to approval. All the pattern and finishing level shall be maid as per drawing and specification. All rates includes supply and fix of tile and necessary cement sand screed, grouting, cuttingas per shape and post protection method after fixing. (The material and workmanship shall be to the approval of The engineer.)
