Strategies and Stepping StonesFeeling overwhelmed with everything? This on-going step-by-step assistance coach-ing program is an affordable option. Get the help you need without breaking the bank. Bi-monthly coaching calls will lay out your plans and keep you accountable, while helping you break through your blocks with a professional coach. This program is for the client who wants on-going support and a partner in their business for long term success.

The Creative Brainstorming PackageDon’t need a full-on coaching program but need a little help figuring out a solution to a challenge, or ideas for a creative design of your own? Because many of our clients are creative, artistic entrepreneurs who like to keep their hands in the pie, this DYI package is very popular.

Our Brainstorming package allows you to experiment with your own ideas and ben-efit from our experience and expertise in the areas of business, design and branding. Choose the number of consultation calls you’d like to have. Calls then consist of straight brainstorming on your chosen project. We’ll help you refine your vision through con-structive critiques.

Calls average an hour per call per session. Any design work we are commissioned to do as a result of consultation enjoys a 20% discount. The consultation packages are as follows (purchase in bulk for highest savings):

Blue Sun VIP Top Performer Academy: A high level, custom-designed, hands on, one-on-one coaching program for those who are ready to take their business and their life to a place of effortless success. Availability is limited and interested parties are asked to set up an interview to qualify for a spot in the program. This program is ONLY for those who are ready to dig in deep, work hard and take a No Excuses, No Apologies approach to life and business. Over the course of one full year, the VIP Academy includes:

Weekly Phone CallsCalls with Wendi will be over the phone and based on your specific needs and the cus-tom program created just for you. You will go over strategies, weekly assignments and homework, solutions, new insights and aha’s that have occurred. (There are always tons!).

The program will move at your pace to prevent overwhelm, however there will be additional worksheets and workshop materials provided if you desire, that you can look at in your own timing and pace.

Weekly AccountabilityIn addition to the calls, you will be working on writing assignments and working on growing your business with weekly promises, projects and accountability. You will fill out status sheets that will keep you on track and show you exactly how far you are coming and monitor your progress. You will get excited very quickly to see how far you will come in an amazingly short period of time!

Creative Clarity Mastermind on FacebookYou will become part of a very powerful mastermind of hard working, talented people with like-minded values and skills all being coached on the same principles and proj-ects. Other artists, writers and entrepreneurs like yourself who will be able to support and relate to your challenges and help you learn and grow as you do.

Design BenefitsVIP Academy clients enjoy a substantial discount (35%) off of any design work that they have done during the duration of the coaching program. Since the hallmark of our design program is that we believe coaching and helping design clients achieve clarity before design creates a more functional and effective design—and since VIP clients are already working with us to achieve clarity—we are thrilled to offer them a discount on any design work they choose to improve their business with. While we at no time ever insist that a client choose to do design work with us, there have been occasions where it does go together well, and we love affording our VIP Clients a discount. Additional calls with the head of our Design Division, Deb Dorchak, will be included at no additional charge to help you decide what design creations you will need.

Workshops and Group CallsFrom time to time, we will be adding group programs, training and Q&A calls, and be-ginning workshops to our CCC Programs. As VIP clients, many of these will be shared with you as a complimentary part of your coaching program.

The Blue Sun Wordpress Newbie GuideSo you just got your shiny new website! Congratulations! But are you feeling intimi-dated by all the buttons and whistles? You aren’t alone, it happens all the time.

This is why Blue Sun Studio’s Helping Hand services were created for you, the busy entrepreneur, who could use a little more free time to do your genius work.

EzinesDo you find the thought of producing your ezine on a weekly basis daunting? We understand. We know how much work it takes to get an ezine out on schedule. Your genius work may lie in writing the content, but not so much in the technicalities of production.

If you already have your own hosting and a preferred email client (like AWeber, Con-testant Contact or Mail Chimp) we have a package to help you get that ezine out to the world.

For as low as $25 an issue, we will take your content, insert it into your ezine template and schedule that week’s issue to your mail list.

Whether you need the helping hand on an overly busy week or if you’d like to buy a year’s worth of Helping Hand issues, we’re here for you.

Requirements:

•Must have self-hosting•Must have an email client such as AWeber, Constant Contact or Mail Chimp.•Scheduling is very important. All content and images need to be received by Blue

Sun Studio no later than 48 hours before your ezine is set to publish.•All photos need to be included separately. Don’t embed them into a word docu-

ment with your written content.•Written content needs to be sent in a .doc or .rtf file without any fancy formatting

done. Basic formatting like bold and italics are fine.It is important to note that Blue Sun will not be responsible for errors in the content. All content sent to us must be the final, proof-read version ready to go. If we do hap-pen to find a typo, we will fix it. If we see an awkward sentence, we’ll ask if you’d like it changed and offer suggestions. Other than that, we won’t be actively proofing.

Pricing:

On-going Subscription Plan: With this plan you subscribe and pay only $85 a month for up to four issues each month.Additional Terms: Refunds & Cancellations

If for any reason you cannot get your content delivered to us, you must notify Blue Sun before the 48 hour deadline. We can then credit you with the lost week. Any cancel-lations after the deadline or no notification at all means the issue will not be made up and payment is still required.

The “Bat-Phone” Retainer Package:Do you want someone who can get the job done quickly while you get on with your genius work? Sometimes it helps to have an expert in your back pocket for those “just-in-case” moments when you aren’t in the mood, technology gets freaky, or you’ve reached the end of your ideas.

Bat-phone services can be purchased ahead of time on retainer packages. There is no time limit on using hours. But there is a saving to purchasing them in bulk.

Retainer fee options:

•Three Hours: $400 •Five Hours: $600 •Ten Hours: $900

Retainer packages also work extremely well for all those design projects too small to fit into any major category.

This package does not apply to new projects where we don’t have your branding on existing files.

Website Maintenance Packages$40/month Basic:

•WP upgrade to most recent version•Plugins upgrade to most recent versions•Monthly backup on your host•$20 per additional site

Ezine/Maintenance Combo:

Combine your Helping Hand Ezine Package with your Monthly Maintenance for only $120/month. That’s a savings of $240 a year!
