PRINTING METHOD

• Screen printing of one or several colours with appropriate hot split inks

• Ideal for puff transfers (X90)

Open the reams

Screen print each colour

Pre shrink the paper in the drying tunnel Cover the paper until screen printing step

Heat press the design on the garment within 6 months after printing

Cure each screen printed ink in a drying tunnel

Make a rollingtest to check if the curing is ok

PRINTING METHOD

• Screen printing of one colour + adhesive layer or powder (T75, Z95)

• Screen printing of one or several colours + adhesive layer or powder (T105, Textured)

• Please note that Z95 is not suitable for water based inks

• For Textured, need to pre shrink the paper if use of water based ink on screen printing
