We will agree to send a Design Consultant to your home for a free initial consultation We will work with you to create the best solution for your project Explain in detail how we help you hire the best companies with the appropriate products While Making sure you are protected with warrantees ins bonds etchellip The initial consultation can take anywhere from 30 minutes for a simple home improvement up to a couple of hours if we want to if you want to start the process of designing A kitchen a bathroom work on a basement you get the idea It is not important to us how big or small your project is only that you get it done correctly at price that is more than fair We even want to take into consideration the subjective aspects to the job Such as temperament of the workers times they like to start will they work weekends How long can we expect the project to take Again the initial consultation is free If you should decide to move forward all of the planning and designs along with permitting and homeowner association approval will also be our responsibility at no extra cost All we ask in return is to help us with our time management That you decide amongst yourselves that you are within 30 days of and truly are serious starting a project That you are in a position to be able to give us enough time to do our job properly That anybody that has an interest or a say in the project be willing to be at the initial consultation Be willing to answer a personal questions about how you would like to use the project in order to help you design it properly We will only ask questions necessary to give proper advice
