Attached is the specific schedule assignment of the Education Program Supervisors (EPS), Public Schools District Supervisors (PSDS), School Heads, Assistant Principals and DICNHS Department Heads for the Class Observations. 3. Class observations in the morning shall start at 8:00 am, while the afternoon sessions shall start at 1:00 o'clock. Pre-conferences are expected to start at 7:30 for morning sessions and right after lunch for afternoon sessions. 5. It is expected that EPS, PSDS, School Heads, Assistant Principals and DiCNHS Department Heads will be at the DICNHS Audio-Visual Room at 7:00 am on September 10, 2019 for preliminaries. This is a BYO activity; thus, all are advised to bring their respective lunch and snacks. 6. The principal of DiCNHS is tasked to collect the duplicate copies of COTs from all class observers and the accomplished Teacher-Principal Pre-Post Conference Evaluation Tool from EPS and PSDS, and turn-over said documents to Ms. Juezan before the day ends. 7. Travel expenses relative to the conduct of the said activity are chargeable against division/school MOOE funds subject to the usual government accounting and auditing rules and regulations. 8.
