Face the Speaker

Looking at the speaker is important to see how they are feeling and to read their social cues.

It also shows respect to the speaker. Facing the speaker demonstrates that you are paying attention.

Don’t Interrupt

•Saying Uh-huh or yes in between what the person is saying to show that you are listening.
