Memorial Service: ABCBHR will be holding a Memorial Service to honor our long-eared friends and supporters/volunteers who are at the Rainbow Bridge waiting for us.
Please provide us with the name(s) & picture(s) of the basset hounds who you would like us to mention in this year’s ceremony. Please notify us of the names of the departed before April 20th.

Memorial Wall: ABCBHR will be having a “Memorial Wall” to remember our beloved pets, family members and friends. These candles will be displayed on our Memorial Wall at the blast. Each candle is $5 to display. All proceeds go to our forever foster bassets that are in Hospice care with ABC. Additional candles will also be available for purchase at the Blast. Pictured above, is one of last year’s winners, Lauren, with ABC volunteer & Southwest employee, Don Gordon. Don volunteers 80 hours to earn each set of round trip tickets. Thanks to Don for volunteering 240 hours of his time for the homeless basset hounds! Lauren used her winning tickets to fly to New Orleans with her girlfriends and enjoy the sights, sounds, and a beignet or two from Café Du Monde.
The second winner of the tickets, Mary, went to Seattle last month. Here is Mary and Sara sporting their ABCBHR gear in front of the Space Needle.
