Position: Account Manager (Office based) Location: Wellingborough, Northamptonshire Salary: £20-£24k. basic salary (based on experience), plus £6k. OTE bonus Nimlok Ltd is a growing and profitable market leading supplier of exhibition and display solutions around the world. Established in 1970 and part of the broader and global P3 Group, this is a fantastic opportunity offering great personal development prospects for an Account Manager to join our expanding team. This pivotal role involves using your well-honed influencing, customer service and negotiating skills to retain and grow revenue from a range of designated accounts. Confident and highly credible, you’ll forge powerful customer relationships with decision makers at all levels, and, as you build up an expert knowledge of each customer, you’ll seek out every opportunity to sell new products and services that will help them achieve their exhibiting objectives. With boundless energy and optimism, you will develop and influence powerful customer relationships, effectively working with our New Business Managers to ensure an integrated approach to customer care as accounts are transitioned into your control. You will have: A "can do" mentality, coupled with a really positive outlook and unlimited enthusiasm Experience of managing a portfolio of key accounts A background in a sales or from a creative agency A good knowledge of B2B sales within a commercially driven environment and an in-depth understanding of the sales cycle Proven experience and a talent for relationship building The ability and flair to suggest commercially creative solutions that meet and exceed clients exhibiting solutions An ability to professionally liaise with decision makers Ideally a sound knowledge of the exhibition (or similar background - signage, shop fitting, design, POS etc) ) industry The role will be office based at Nimlok's prestigious HQ based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire with an occasional need to travel to client meetings and exhibitions. A full valid driving licence is therefore a requirement of the role.
