Global Billions Wealth Circle- Private Wealth Club GBWC is an exclusive/private club that specializes in access to prominent, inaccessible individuals, corporate business leaders, private wealth families, global funds and knowledge resources. We offer our members exclusive investment recommendations, top quality services and access to the finest wealth clubs in the world.

A growing number of private clubs are composed of members who live a distance from one another. We will be uniquely poised not only to serve these members, but also to attract new members, by making it much easier for far-flung friends and associates to collaborate. Our primary marketing strategy will be focused on the powerful word-of-mouth enthusiasm spread among our own members’ networks of associates, friends and partners world-wide. Global Billions Club can realize more tangible benefits and results, such as an increased awareness of the club and club industry as a whole (economic impact, value to community, etc.), enhanced credibility of the club, enhanced fundraising efforts through increased name recognition, and enhanced communications vehicles that keep members informed and help attract new ones.

Our relationship with the non-profit Billion Minds Foundation and its Global Councils will allow the GBC to forge relationships with other corporate senior executives who can provide advice and global knowledge that can influence business and technology decisions and impact investment growth for your company. We believe that the collective knowledge and experience of people in different market sectors, along with the corporate buying power they control, will produce opinions and information that will guide all members who interact regularly to more sensible investment decisions. By bringing together such diverse councils we can offer each member fresh insight into difficult issues surrounding family and wealth management.

Through our relationships with private investors, family offices and industry representatives, we seek to foster innovation by exposing them to new ideas and linking them with peers on a global basis. This international platform will generate increasingly significant insight on issues pertaining to the preservation and growth of private wealth. In order for families and wealthy individuals in the U.S. and around the world to remain competitive and address sustainable global knowledge and innovation industry issues, it requires decision makers and investors who grasp the nuances of the integrated technology-financial markets, and can create and execute a winning business strategy based on a unique knowledge of technology and scientific ecosystems.

Our Value Add

• Access: Opportunity to network, exchange information and have access to top experts and knowledge leaders of the Billion Minds Foundation.

• Proprietary platform: Facilitates the exchange of information and member networking in a secure manner.

• Private club membership: Our advantage over similar clubs is the member equity in special purchase, undervalued real estate, strategically located around the world, and in the worldwide private club reciprocity. Investment in high-end, historical real estate has proven to be a most lucrative form of investment, provided it is done over time, and with care and knowledge.

• Low risk: Buying into the private equity of valuable, historical real estate to house and protect the assets and activities of the club, and then pooling a relatively small amount of money with others every quarter, will be an ideal way to gain hands-on experience of how the Club works, how members benefit and profit from private-equity investment membership, and how the primary investment grows in member-shareholder value.

• Informed investments: The collective brain power and experience of the Global Billions Business Club and the Billion Minds Foundation knowledge network and its councils, who each have knowledge and experience of different market sectors, will produce opinions and information that will guide all members who interact regularly to more sensible decisions.

• Spread the load: Carrying out actual and word-of-mouth research into potential investments will be structured and spread amongst the membership in daily Internet-based, personal interactivity and monthly in-club topical meetings.

• Profit opportunities: Surveys show that collective investment decisions, based on discussion and democratic choice, are more likely to produce sustained

profits. The most important thing is: Equity member’s profit increases, as the renovation, and the productive use of the property raises the value of the property itself.

• Access to global private equity and hedge funds.

References and Testimonials

“I really enjoyed the discussions with people and the program. Meeting was very informal (which I

liked). It was very interesting & mind triggering So as an summary, great event in Monte Carlo and

very interesting people. I got many good contacts from Monaco and around the world”

Mikko Pakannen, successful entrepreneur, private Investor and Founder of

GNT Finland OY Monte Carlo Monaco

“GBC in Monte Carlo went extremely well beyond the wildest expectations. Mark brought together an

incredibly cohesive group of the finest people who simply wanted the pleasure of letting their hairs

down, learning and exchanging ideas about the challenges and opportunities at the cutting-edge of

strategic and innovative thinking, and making friends in an environment of leisure, relaxation and

warmth. Monte Carlo is the unique crossroads of the paradox of ordinary people wanting to be

billionaires, and billionaires wanting to be ordinary people. The secret is that we are all ordinary

people, each and every one of us, and we are happiest when we enjoy being able to be just that. The

Monte Carlo GBBC, which was the external test of the efficacy of the vision and mission of the Billion

Minds Foundation, and of its appeal to the world, demonstrated beyond any doubt, the profound and profoundly simple quintessence of BMF as an organization created to push the envelop of the outer

boundaries of the human mind and spirit to near realms. The idea of BMF, the idea of a concerted

effort to make the world a better place, and to do so with leisure, pleasure, enthusiasm and

dedication, was warmly embraced by everyone in attendance, to the credit of BMF.”

Dr. Joseph Okpaku, President and CEO, The Telecom Africa

Corporation

“I would like to thank you very much for the opportunity to attend/participate in the Billions Minds event in Monaco. The entire event was outstanding and the diversity of people was really fun! Obviously the meeting

setting, the ship, Monaco added to a spectacular environment to engage in interesting dialogue with very sharp

individuals.”

Eugene O'Malley. CEO of Cobblestone Advisers Boston, MA USA

“Mark Minevich conceived and successively organized an unforgettable and unique private wealth

seminar onboard one of Monaco's best known yachts. We all have fond memories of the fabulous

Sai Ram Yacht. Not only for the grand party, the in-depth investment presentations & stimulating

discussions, but most importantly, for the new friendships and contacts made. It was fascinating experience in meeting so many global personalities, including Russian tycoons. His global network

and superior knowledge of emerging markets and opportunities certainly creates a world class

proposition Thank you for organizing such an outstanding event. We all have fond memories of

Sai Ram. Not only for the grand party on the yacht, the in-depth presentations & stimulating

discussions, but most importantly, for the new friendships and contacts made. Although my

inability in Russian prevented me from heart-to-heart communicating with the Russian tycoons, it

was nonetheless a fascinating experience meeting them.

I understand that the tour of the Hotel Du Paris wine cellar, the largest in the world, was fantastic

and the evening dinner was equally superb” -

Jimmy Hsu, Founding Partner of Eagle Capital and Former CEO of TIF Ventures ,

Singapore

“We are all grateful to Mark Minevich for the unique event he organized in the fall of 2007 on board

the luxury yacht Sai Ram in Monaco. Lasting a few days, this event brought together a group of top

notch international CEOs, investors, professionals and philanthropists. The congenial atmosphere and

the impeccable organization made it possible for everybody to get acquainted and discuss subjects as

varied as business and the environment in a relaxed yet productive fashion. This type of elite oriented event is needed in a world facing multi-dimensional challenges. It was not easy to organize,

due to everyone’s very busy schedules, and it is tribute to Mark’s unique organizational and

leadership skills, as well as to the staff of BMF, that things went so well.”

“Thank you for the wonderful and unique opportunity to participate in the BMF Monte Carlo event. I

encountered there a respectful and engaged audience for my film venture presentation, and also an

energetic and well-informed cohort for discussion on all topics, ranging from art to politics, from

finance to philanthropy. You did a marvelous job of organizing the proceedings and keeping them on

track. I would attend another such event without hesitation.”

Mr. Robert Cain, Entertainment

Hollywood Producer, Hollywood CA

“I would like to give my wholeheartedly gratitude to Mark Minevich for inviting me to his illustrious

event of Billion Minds Foundation in Sept 2007 in Monaco and it was a real pleasure meeting such

extraordinary personalities there. It was also a very interesting experience for me to be there

independently, especially after many years living in a very protective wealthy environment with my

adoptive Mother Countessa Regina Cavallaro "a luminous icon of wealth and humanity" but with the

royale hospitality of Donatella de Filippo Campioni "a wonderful and kind personality" on her

luxurious yacht and with the exceptional organizational abilities of Mark Minevich "a remarkable unique visionary" which made me feel absolutely comfortable in his presence and gave me so much

courage, inspiration and my true respect and admiration for his way of brining peoples together and

creating a global family towards doing good in this world, and I feel very proud and honour to be part

of his global family and working very closely with him in his respectable foundation towards making

the world a better place for generations to come and looking forward for more repetition of these

kind of unforgettable, useful and splendid events in the future.”-

Honourable M.N. Al Sheikh FRSA, Founder and CEO of EuroGulf Holding

"First rate congratulations on putting together a very important program. I enjoyed listening in. The

speakers were very thoughtful and thought provoking. Thanks for inviting me to participate."

Dr. Earl R. Smith II,

Executive Director, Zazi Strategic

"Mark's organization of the Technology Leadership meeting in which I participated last October was superb. The quality of

invitees and the presentations was on par with any serious technology strategy summit. I highly recommend attending

future events and working with Mark on technology innovation related projects."

Edward Shenderovich

"By structuring these international teleconference roundtables, Mark Minevich demonstrates the vision and

the courage needed to leverage the creative and pragmatic ideas of a diverse global community of

academics, artists and business people. It defines the direction of true globalized thinking. I came away

understanding very specific ways of expanding my ideas to address concerns that had been invisible from

my perspective. These forums should be status quo in the world of business, politics, and world peacekeeping."

Michael Gold, Ph.D. Jazz Impact

"It was interesting and thought provoking - great to 'listen in'."

"Mark's work on the CTO Leadership Council has been great. He is still experimenting with the model as far as speakers

extremely long day but I thought the guest list was too compelling to not attend, and Scott concurred with me this

morning. He was so impressed."

Jennifer Mason, Gartner

always, the dinner and wine were as spectacular as the company and the conversation. Thanks for inviting me." Richard M. Entrup,

subject matter justice ...I was fortunate to have been invited to join the evening , and hope that my comments were a bit

helpful.."

John Stevenson,

CIO of Sharp Electronics

"What a memorable evening. I'm not sure we solved any of the world problems, but it was enlightening...to a level that I'm now much more confused then before...Nevermind...It was a great dinner,
