• Cholesterol is essential part of a healthy diet. Ingesting cholesterol does not raise lipid cholesterol numbers.

• Buy local, free range.

• Sardines are a perfect source of O3.

• Great source of fat, calcium, protein, B vitamins, choline, iron, and potassium.

• Sardines are super convenient - eat them straight or add to another dish. They work great on salads.

• Fat does not make you fat.

• Rich in CLA (3 to 5 times more than conventional sources of butter).

• Butter should be yellow, not white. The deeper the color, the more carotene and higher quality.

• Cows get nutrition from grass that’s passed through to the dairy it produces.

• O6:O3 ratio of 1:1 (good)

• Lopsided O6:O3 ratio responsible for inflammation and disease.

• Ghee is clarified butter that doesn’t contain milk proteins — use if sensitive to dairy.

• Consume as a daily staple.

• Don’t eat conventional dairy.

• Raw milk shares same benefits as grass-fed butter.

• Avoid low fat dairy or yogurt products.

• Pasteurization process kills nutrition and the enzyme lactase.

• Weston A. Price survey showed 80% of lactose intolerant people have no problem with raw milk.

• Kefir is fermented dairy with additional probiotic benefits similar to yogurt.

• Eat one or more ties per week. In some people it stalls fat loss so keep that in mind depending on your goals.
