Sit tall in your chair, lift your left leg and position your left ankle on your right knee. Now placeyour left hand on your left ankle and right hand on your right knee. It's alright if you are not ableto immediately get your chin parallel to the floor. Try to bring it parallel everytime you try thispose, but don't push too hard.

2) Chest and shoulder opener:

Sit straight and lock your fingers behind your back as you inhale. Exhale as you look up and leanback, such that you feel the stretch in the chest and shoulders. Remember, you have to bend yourupper part of the spine and not lower back.

3) Neck opener:

Lock your fingers behind you back and extend them towards the right side of your torso. Nowbring the outer elbow comfortably towards your body and bend your head towards the rightshoulder. You can move it side to side too if you feel comfortable but make sure you don't drop itback. Repeat the same on the left.

4) Twister:

Sit tall on your seat. Exhale and twist your body on the right and hold the back of the chair withyour right arm and arm rest with the left. Gaze over the right shoulder and breathe. Make surethat you do not twist the hip area and both your knees should be leg apart. Switch sides.

5) Eagle pose:

Sit on the edge of your chair with your feet firmly on the ground. Take a deep breath and as youexhale try to wrap one arm around the other. Try to connect the palms as you wrap them in frontof your face. Make sure you do not put too much pressure on the shoulders. You will be able tofeel a very nice stretch on your upper back, shoulders as well as the neck. Switch sides.
