Identify the constructive standpoints my colleagues present to me that encourage me tochange my behavior and/or actions, regardless of if they were nice about it. Strategize what actions need to be taken to change each behavior and/or action. Implement each action by a specific date. Celebrate each successful behavior and action taken to achieve this goal.



4) BREAKDOWN THE SMART GOAL INTO OBJECTIVES AND TASKSThe are an infinite number of different tasks that could be done to complete each objective. Determine which you need to do, and do them well.
