Denest Trays, Label,and Restack All In One Pass

Designed to place thermoformed plastic trays and clam shells onto a flighted conveyor with the open side down. The trays are then presented to the labeling heads which apply top product identifica-tion, and bottom UPC labels, you can even add pads. An optional Camera and Divert System checks that labels have been applied, diverts errant trays, and good trays are then restacked for manual removal and final packaging.

Feed and FormU-Card Carriers

The P-1250 U-Card Former is specially designed to feed, form and dispense cards for food placement. Included are plow forming plates that shape u-cards as they are dispensed from the feeder. A high-friction belt pro-vides control of the product to improve performance. The card can then be placed on a variety of conveyor streams for product placement and wrapping.
