Our Secure Operating CentresAt Vodafone Automotive we have the customer’s peace of mind at heart. Our Secure Operating Centres (SOCs) provide a 24/7 service across 44 European countries, Russia, SouthAfrica, Malaysia, Singapore, the USA and Canada to support customers when they need it most.In case of vehicle theft the SOC contacts the customer and if the vehicle is confirmed stolen, the operator will immediately contact the local authorities to retrieve it.Our network of SOCs deliver a seamlessly integrated crossborder service. If the vehicle is taken abroad, the local SOC links with its relevant counterpart to track the vehicle across national borders and liaises with local police authorities on the customer’s behalf, in local language.

Usage-based insurance (UBI)Usage based insurance changes the relationship between the driver and the insurer. By allowing insurers to reward safe and responsible driving it reduces the risks on the road. It also enables insurers to adapt their business models and reduces their costs by providing accurate and timely information.Our UBI services include: • Driving behaviour KPI• Security: stolen vehicle tracking and
